    I was quoted $40,000 for my **** foot condo to have the floors done with policrete. I was told there would be no dust. And that clearly wasn't true. I left my house for 26 days and returned to the pictured damages below. I have reached out by phone/text/email to Policrete and they are avoiding me. I got one text and it says that I need to reach out to the subcontractor that THEY CHOSE ( not me). ******/***** from ***** epoxy is supposed to come tomorrow at 8am and now I am afraid to let him even touch my floors. I am not sure it is even possible to fix the damages that have already been done. So I wanted to speak to Policrete but now they just stopped answering. I have paid $28,000 already. The remainder is not due until they are finished. But I am not paying that until the floors are done correctly and all of the damages have been repaired. There is epoxy that spilled off of my balcony onto the balconies below. And I am SURE my building is going to try and *** me over this. Its a MESS. This clearly wasn't done by anybody professional. I wish I never let them into my home. Things are missing as well.

The user is responsible for verifying the applicability and suitability of the technical service or information provided. Moreover, technical service site visits and consultations by any POLICRETE representatives do not constitute express or implied approval of product use or other construction means or methods. By providing technical services, POLICRETE does not perform any duty owed by the user to any third party, and no third party should rely on POLICRETE providing technical services. The complainer contracted a third Party to install a POLICRETE floor in her house. POLICRETE includes certification to the independent installer, but it is not responsible for the installation. As far as our knowledge, the complainer saw a sample in one of the rooms of her apartment and approved the color and the service.
