      Rick was amazing!!! I purchased tile for around my pool and front walkway. Rick came out and did all the measurements. He was right on point of how much tile was needed. He didn't pressure me to get more than what I needed for the job, like other companies. I will defiantly use them again for future projects.

      So happy with new LVP flooring in condo. Had several bids before calling Dolphin and **** was prompt and courteous for initial consultation. He noticed details of things others missed and that was deciding factor. Installers ***** * *** were punctual, meticulous and very tidy at the end of each work day. They went above and beyond expectations for this job. The total cost was more than the previous bids but it was worth the peace of mind knowing there was a ************** store and a solid reputation behind this company. The other bids all operated out of their home. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

      From start to finish, Dolphin Carpet and Tile was amazing! **** was friendly and professional, discussed options and was up front with everything. The installation crew was on time and went above and beyond. ******* with the install was great! The installers did wonderful work and I couldn't be happier with the results. They checked in after the install to make sure everything was good and cared about my satisfaction. It was affordable and low pressure. This is my third time using this company and would not trust my flooring needs to any other company.

      My tile job of nearly my entire house has issues; It looks dirty. They came back twice and did an acid wash. The second time it helped some but now the grout is stained in different places and the tile still seems to have a coat of cement in places that I have not been able to remove. As an 84 year old I don't think I should have to get on my knees and scrub my floor. I spent a lot of money for this floor and I am very unhappy with it. The salesman promised to send a manager to take a look but no one ever came and now they won't even answer my calls. I have spent money on a handyman trying to get this right but it's still not right.Dolphin should stop selling this particular tile or at least warn customers. The man who installed the tile said that on this type of tile the cement gets stuck. Please help me.

      Dear Mrs. ****************** you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely regret that you are unhappy with your tile installation, and we want to ensure we address your concerns properly.

      Senior management conducted a thorough inspection of your floors on February 21, 2025, and we provided guidance on proper maintenance,including the use of a pH-neutral floor cleaner. It was mentioned that various products have been used which can cause the buildup or haze you had pointed out. Additionally, we left a gallon of cleaning product specifically designed to help with any stubborn spots. We cleaned two of the tiles that Mrs. ******** pointed out as being the worst ones and they easily became clean.

      While some tiles require additional maintenance due to their texture, we understand that cleaning should not be an undue burden. The tile you had installed has been one of our longest and bestselling tiles in the past five years, we apologize for any miscommunication regarding the expectations of a matte type of tile vs a glossy/shiny tile (which you did not want for slipping possibilities). You can be assured that there is no deficiency with this tile. We believe that with the proper maintenance you will find many years of enjoyment on your new floor.       Working with *********************** was such a pleasure from start to finish! I received excellent customer service and he ensured I had all the information needed for my project. Now that the work is done, my family and I are so happy with the results. The staff that came to install the flooring were also very courteous, tidy, and communicated updates with me throughout the two days they were in my home. I will go back to Dolphin Carpet & Tile for any future needs and will recommend them to people I know!
