    I placed an order 12/6/24 and a day later the company reached out and advised they did not have the item I purchased in stock even though their website shows every size in stock. They asked me to pick out a new item, which I did not want to do since the item I bought was not available. Then they advised they would only give me a partial refund despite their issue. The item still shows as in stock online on their site. They are clearly trying to scam people in placing orders by showing products they do not actually have and then scamming them by not returning their money. It is scary and upsetting this company is doing business.

Unfortunately, it appears that your complaint is directed toward a fraudulent website that is impersonating our brand and engaging in deceptive practices using the name ********************************

    We do not sell shoes or any items other than flowers, nor do we process refunds or handle inventory in the manner you described. It deeply saddens us to hear about the distress this scam has caused, and we understand how upsetting and frustrating this experience must have been for you. In fact, we understand all too well, since we are their largest victim as they have been defaming our good name.

    To clarify:

    1. Our official website is **************************, where we exclusively sell flowers.


    2. We are aware of a fraudulent website imitating our name and scamming customers. We are actively working with the appropriate authorities, search engines, and ad platforms to address this issue and protect consumers.



    We strongly recommend taking the following steps to resolve this issue:

    Dispute the transaction: Contact your bank or credit card provider to dispute the charge as fraudulent.

    Report the scam website: File a complaint with the ************************ (***) at *******************.

    When filing any complaints, please make sure to use the actual scammer's name, which is PetaldrLven, not Petaldriven.
