      On July 27th 2023 I reached out to to Bella bloomz for floral arrangements for my up coming event. I sent pictures of everything I wanted and explained to her that I wanted exactly like the pictures. Everything was going smooth and she quoted me $7,820.46 at the time I didnt have all the money so I paid a deposit of $2500 via wire transfer between banks. And I paid the remaining balance on the date of august 1st she ensured me everything was going fine up until the day before my event I called her and showed her a picture how I wanted one centerpiece and she said she couldnt do it because she was already doing something else. In my head Im thinking she doing the original picture I first sent but instead it was something totally different and I expressed that I didnt like that design . And this is when everything went left she went talking to me like I wasnt nobody. Also tried to upcharge me on something she already quoted me for. Then as Im trying to come to a solution about this she proceeded a to say Im not arguing with you when all Im trying to do is come up with a solution. After she threatened to cancel my event I had no choice but to go with what ever she was giving me. Later that night I asked for pictures of my arrangements I didnt get any response so I had someone else call she picked the phone up and hung the phone up. She then called me talking so unprofessional and told me to come pick my flowers up. Its so much more to this I just really need my money back from my event. She met up with me and didnt even give me half the flowers I need to even complete the look I later had to go buy more and even with the more flowers I bought it still wasnt enough. I checked her page later that night to see her selling the flowers that was meant for my event. Its audio messages proving how rude she was to me
