    Please beware. Farm Foods did not deliver my order. I emailed them and not respond. I am missing 10 pcs of fish. I received a delivery with 1 lb of ground beef.I'm so furious.. I paid over 135 dollars. I disputed the charge with the bank. This company is not good!!

    This company has a policy for shipping that they do not go by, They lie that they ship orders out on Monday or Tuesday. I placed an order on 6/7 and did not get mailed out until 6/20 I reached out to them at no avail, their phone does not work and they never responded to my email. Received the order with half of the stuff missing and with no explanation on if they will ship it later or refund me. I have disputed with my bank and will never ship with them again. I certainly dont recommend them. You better of looking for a local farmer in your city. If I could give zero starts I would.

    I had a horrible experience with this company and would not purchase from them again.I bought 4 New Yorks and 4 Filet ****** as a gift.I noticed my order did not ship as expected so I reached out to them. They said they were low on Filet Mignon and offered to split at no extra cost or cancel the order. I asked to split the order but they said New York Steaks would not ship till the following week as it now Wednesday and they only ship on Monday and Tuesday. They did not have an expected date for the filet Mignon. Thursday, they cancel the Filet Mignon without any other explanation. I contact them and ask they cancel whole order. They state they no longer can cancel the order (it is Thursday, they only ship on Monday or Tuesday, and they offered to cancel the entire order the day before). I really dont know how they can find this acceptable in any way. I completely understand fulfillment issues but the lack of communication and customer care was so disappointing, especially for something that was suppose to be a gift.

    The website is misleading. You don't get what you order and the prices are ridiculous. One of the things I ordered was the pork belly. It was supposed to be 2-3lbs for $21. That's expensive to me but I figured since it was supposed to be farm fresh and I've been having a hard time finding some I ordered 2 of those anyway and a steak. I should've received 4-6 lbs of pork belly and a steak close to one pound. I only received 2 one lb pks of pork belly and a miserable steak for like $70. Absolutely ridiculous and the quality wasn't even that good. Never again and I will not recommend to anyone.
