    This company is nothing more than a scam. I placed an order with them and signed up for a subscription, along with express shipping on an item. Upon finding out that the items were not available and it was actually a pre-order I immediately reached out to cancel my order and subscription before any products were picked or shipped. The company absolutely refused to cancel my order or my subscription, despite not providing any discount or product to me, and despite the fact that I had reached out within 24 hours of confirmation from them regarding the shipping of my items and my order. Now they have charged my card twice and refused to cancel my order or subscription without holding me hostage for a $50 subscription cancellation fee. I can understand there being a fee had I received any items at the discounted subscription rate. But I did not. I canceled immediately because I found out that the items were not available and that they would not arrive in time. I never received any product or discount for a product, and refuse to pay a subscription cancellation fee, considering that I canceled the entire order and subscription within 24 hours of being notified that the items were not available and would not meet my delivery timeframe
