    The specific issues I have encountered include:1. Permits: Were never pulled since December that I hired you to complete the job, I had to call the city of ******* to see if anything had been submitted and they had nothing in their system.2. Phone Calls: I called you multiple times throughout this process and 90% of the time you would not answer. You rarely text that you would call me back in 15 mins and still no call was made.3. My time: I have spent many hours of my time including visiting the city with you, calling the city to see if you submitted the paperwork, and meeting with you to give you the papers needed to submit to the city. I asked for a Tarp, and you told me on 4/12/24 since what you submitted to the city was not approved and you said Monday 04/08/2024 you would be there to put it on the roof. When I called you that day, I explained that I DO NOT wish to proceed with your company since there have been to many barriers in this process. You agreed to return the funds by Wednesday 4/17 or Thursday 4/18.When I called you on Thursday you stated that you had to remove $800.00 for papers etc.... I said I do not agree, and you hung up on me. I have attempted to reach you even by calling from my wife's phone and no luck.
