    I've had the absolute pleasure of working with the most exceptional team ever. Our pool project was expertly managed from start to finish, with a timeline that was not only met but exceeded (just 6 weeks and a half to be precise). The team's work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. They were reliable, transparent, and courteous throughout the entire process. The project was completed within budget, with no hidden costs or surprises. The end result is breathtaking, our yard has been transformed into a stunning oasis!

    The most unprofessional contractor of any kind I have worked with. Simple pool project in ************ was estimated to take 8-12 weeks, and it has been over a year since the project began, still with no completion date in sight leaving our entire yard a mess and unusable for over a year. They do not show up when they say they will, and let weeks/months pass with no work done or updates. Unforeseen fees charged all along the way, adding up to thousands of dollars.

    ESTA COMPAÑÍA EMPESO BIEN MIENTRAS TU LE VAS PAGANDO TODO POR DELANTE DESPUES SE DUERMEN NO TIENES UN SERVICIO DEL CUSTUMER ,LA PICINA QUEDO MUY BUENA EL TRABAJO DE LOS TRABAJADORES QUE TRABAJAN EN LA PISINA SON MUY BUENOS PERO LA TRABAJADORES DE UNIGUEPOOL NO TE ESPLICAN COMO VA EL TRABAJO TU TIENES QUE ESTAR LLAMANDO TODO EL TIEMPO EL JEFE DEL PROJECTO PARA MI PICINA SE LLAMA ******** TU LO LLAMAS Y TE DICE QUE NO SABE NADA QUE ESPERES SU LLAMADA ,TE DEJAN TODA LA BASURA EN EL PATIO NO TE MUESTRAN COMO TRABAJA EL SISTEMA DE LA PISINA , EL DUENO SE LLAMA RAFAEL QUE SOLO APARECE CUANDO MANDAN LA CUENTA, SI USAS ESTA COMPANIA TEN MUCHO CUIDADO Y TIENES QUE ESTAR ARRIVA DE ELLOS NO LA RECOMIENDO, NO USES ESTAS COMPANIA THIS COMPANY STARTED WELL WHILE YOU ARE PAYING THEM FOR EVERYTHING IN FRONT THEN THEY FALL ASLEEP YOU DON'T HAVE A CUSTUMER SERVICE, THE POOL WAS VERY GOOD THE WORK OF THE WORKERS WHO WORK IN THE POOL ARE VERY GOOD BUT THE UNIGUEPOOL WORKERS DON'T EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW IT'S GOING THE WORK YOU HAVE TO BE CALLING ALL THE TIME THE PROJECT HEAD FOR MY POOL IS NAMED ******** YOU CALL HIM AND HE TELLS YOU HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING SO WAIT FOR HIS CALL, THEY LEAVE YOU ALL THE GARBAGE IN THE YARD THEY DO NOT SHOW YOU HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS OF THE POOL, THE OWNER'S NAME IS RAFAEL WHO ONLY APPEARS WHEN THEY SEND THE BILL, IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY BE VERY CAREFUL AND YOU HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES
