      Reported package missing went through ****. Contacted retailer 3 times and still no word or no package. I really want my items I received a good deal on them. Ive emailed them with order order my phone number and I have yet to be contacted.

      On or about July 8th...I placed a specific order.This company sent me nothing in which I ordered. I have contacted them via email and telephone to no avail. The company sent me a few items that are not what I ordered, the appropriate sizes I ordered, and some of the merchandise looks worn.

      I order merchandise from Waist Gang Society and was given the wrong products and sizes. When I reached out via Instagram and she never responded back to help correct the issue. Ive called the number on the website no answer Ive sent contact me information on their website and nothing. At this point I want my money back. And I will NEVER order or do business with them again.

      sept 29, 2023 never received my order, unacceptable. I filed for a refund with my bank. they dont answer emails, they also DISCONNECTED THE ****** costumer service is UNREACHABLE.

      I ordered 2 waist trainers. I received only 1 of the 2 that I ordered. I contacted customer service through the websife twice but never got a response. I contacted their Instagram page in which they admitted they were out of the product & would send once it came in. 6 weeks passed & nothing so I decided to just cancel the order & request a refund. They read my messages but didnt respond again. This is a poor lack of customer service. I would simply like a refund for not receiving the product i ordered.

      Order #******: I completed my order on 3/6/23 and made a payment of $37.07. I didn't receive the correct items for my order. I had ordered the Python and the Funkadelic Custom Print aggressive Shaper, that was suppose to match a Python Edition outfit. I also ordered the **** ***************************** Snatcher in 3 XL. I didn't receive any of these items. I received 2 Comic Print aggressive shapers; I didn't order the same products. I also received some type of Egyptian outfit that I didn't request. The **** ***************************** Snatcher came in a 2 XL. Basically it seems like I was sent whatever they had left over. I've contacted the company on 3/15/23 via their email address, I texted, sent a message on Instagram, and I've called the company to no avail. Can you please submit a refund for these items, or send the 4 items as I requested? Thank you for your assistance.

      I made a purchase from this website on January 27, 2023. I received the product on January 31st. Upon opening the package I noticed that my waist trainer was completely different than what I ordered. I immediately reached out to the customer service line, which is not even a working number. I emailed the company and waited the 48 hours as requested for a response. It is not a month later I have reached out multiple times over then span of weeks to see if I can just simply exchange for the correct item. I have not heard back. There is a reason why she does not offer exchanges or refunds, but when the error is done on the company's fault this should be a different circumstance. Also, trying to dispute a transaction like this is difficult. I was willing to ship the item back because I have no need for it, if I could just get what I ordered.After going on the company's instagram page and seeing so many customer experiencing this same issue is a problem. I do not understand how this company can still be in business. It is truly deceiving customers and taking their money and not even trying to rectify the situation. I hope that something comes of this situation. To see only 13 complaints on this website but on their instagram page there are about 10x as many people experiencing this same situation. The owner literally just blocks people and their comments so others can't see rather than fixing the problem. I wish there was more that could be done with businesses who operate in this manner. Consumers should not have to resort to this, just to get an item that they paid for.
