    On December 16, 2023 CR Installations was contracted by me to install seamless gutters in my house for $950. The work was finish on December 19, 2023. I found that on the side of the house the gutter was bent and in the front of the house when it rains are not working, because the water falls, even through there is a gutter to avoid that. I called *******************, the owner of the company, and explained the problem that I was hoping for a professional work.He sent his workers to fix the problems and they came. The problem continues and even though they came 2 more times, the problems persist. And now not only the front, but the left side of the front house has the same problem. I have been calling ******************* many times and sent him messages, but he doesn't respond to any of them. The problem is still happening, every time it rains the front of the house gets full of water like if gutters are not installed. His invoice states 5 year guarantee on labor and 20 years on material. ******************* is not taking care of this problem with the gutters his workers installed. If his company in unable to solve the problem, then I request he send another company paid by him to solve it, so the problem is solved once and for all. I decided to file a complain, because he's ignoring my calls as well as messages. I have no other choice.
