    $499.00 Paid 2/4/24. Test sent via 2nd day *** on 5/7/24. Received by lab on 5/21/24. Feminade service claims to provide test results during consult recommending HRT and supplementation based on results. No results have been provided, nor consult scheduled. Feminade claims the delay is due to issues with the lab. The lab claims there is an issue with Feminade not contacting them. Request for refund to Feminade made 7/2/24 with no response as of yet.

    Hi, my name is ********************* and I am the founder of Feminade and upon receiving the BBB complaint from our customer ************************* we contacted ************************* and asked why she filed the complaint with the BBB and she said she requested a refund. She never gave us a chance to respond to her directly when she requested the refund, so I contacted her over the phone and told her we will gladly issue a refund, but she needs to drop her complaint with the BBB once the issue is resolved. ************************* agreed verbally that she would drop her complaint with the BBB once the refund is issued. Today, 7/17/24 we issued a refund of $499 to *************************, so I am kindly asking to remove this complaint from the BBB as the issue has been resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Roya is lying. I had provided the exchanges through Feminade portal that shows my last inquiries for a refund on 7/2 and a few days prior. **** did not respond until after my BBB report was submitted 12 days later. I do not appreciate the false information but am grateful the refund was finally initiated.

    I forgot to add. In addition to my multiple attempts of requesting a refund, *************************, the medical intuitive who referred me reach out to them too. She is my witness that all I have reported is truthful. If needed her email is **************************
