      I lived there, I rented a house there 3years ago and when I moved in I paid $500 dollars for deposit for any damage I could make at the time of moved in but my landlord sold the house and in April 30th, 2022 I left the community and asked for my $500 dollars back since I didnt make any damage when I moved out and they never answered me. I sent txt to **** ******** and his wife because they were on change of the association at that time the current president were under investigation and never got an answer from them. I sent copy of my check And its been almost 3 yrs and nothing.

      C/O ********************************* refuse to respond to any emails or return any calls. ****** is the main person to speak to but she's never in the office, never available, and the one time I actually got a hold of her, she was RUDE and unprofessional.

      My father has not received a letter indicating the property management has changed. And, he sent three checks to the old property management of Weitzer Serena Lakes Homes Homeowners Association located in *************************************** ************ cashed the checks. It was not supposed to do that since it transferred ownership to another property management, PR Management. Serena Lakes Homes HOA. Do you know the name of the old property management of Weitzer Serena Lakes Homes Homeowners? If someone know, please post it.Thank you
