    Unprofessional work and charged way too high for service have money order receipt to prove payment . My issue was not resolved by this company or agency and they made my situation worse .

    Centro Hispano Corp. works as a third party agent-processing immigration forms. Fees paid $550.00 with money order were fees paid to U.S Department of Homeland Security for T.P.S. (Temporary Protected Status/ Employment Authorization) Centro Hispano charges between $170-$250 for Temporary Status filings. Centro Hispano Corp. does not assume responsibility for U.S Department of Homeland Security processing times or unfavorable decisions for the applicant's application. Centro Hispano assists Latino communities since 1998, we strive to resolve matters caused by typographical errors, since we act as a Third Party Agent these are the only issues that we can assume responsibility for. We can issue a refund for our filing fee which would be between $170.00-$250.00 for unsatisfactorily filings. Applicant has not attempted to confer over matter with Centro Hispano.

    Fees paid to USCIS will not be reimbursed. Records indicate that U.S Department of Homeland Security cashed the money orders in the amount of $550.00 on July *******. Meaning U.S.C.I.S accepted filing filed by Centro Hispano Corp. Complaint does not indicate any specifics. Complaint is vague and proof provided were in fact money order stubs paid to U.S Department of Homeland Security. Moreover, it is accurate to state that such applicant of complaint was recommended to our office, because of efficient immigration form processing and our objective to assist our Latino community.
