      In July of 2021 I entered a contract with *** the owner to have 9 windows installed (5 hurricane resistant / 4 regular to match) I was informed production was slow due to void and expect a delay.A deposit was given and the wait began.6 months later I checked and was informed delays continued due to COVID.A few times I called and *** did not answer.I had to get a neighbor involved who referred me to him to get a response. I was informed he was out of the country and would be back soon.Time passed again and his son informed me their secretary ******* left and they were going thru the records to please give them some time .Time passed again spoke with *** states he was working on it and I would have me windows soon.Finally in January I received the 5 hurricane windows but not the additional 4 nor was an inspection performed.I reached out to a lawyer and *** informed him we are even and he could not fulfill the remainder of our contract.I asked about the inspection again I was informed it was not part of the contract put it is clearly stated and paid for in our contract.I feel I was very patient with company, overcharged, contract not completed and taken advantage of.
