    On 11/8/22 we signed a contract with Impact King to install 10 impact windows and 2 impact doors. The owner ****** said that he makes his own windows and he had our windows in stock and we should have them within a week. After signing the contract on the 8th he came on 11/12/22 and installed 3 windows and the wrong door with the promise that it was a quick fix and he would return. On mid December 2022 he installed 2 more windows. After that date we have not heard back from him. We continue to leave messages at his cell and office and he has not gotten back to us. We have paid the 75% ($8,250) of the $11,000 contract and we are still missing 5 windows and 2 doors.

    Good afternoon, 

    The customer has a contract with us and all the windows that were standard were already delivered and the front door as well. The front door opens right and they want it to open left. We told them we will change it for them. There is 1 door and 5 windows pending which are special order, the 25% they owe is almost the amount from what is owed for what is pending. We adviced from the beginning that the special order takes a very long time based on materials shortage. The customer can either wait, which shouldn't be much longer or we can give them credit for what has not been . They can call our office or email us their preference and we will be more than glad to resolve this issue,  thank you

    Me and my fiance' originally had agreed to do business with *********************** to replace all the windows in our new home. ***** is the man whom we paid to order our windows who works for this company or owns it. He has informed us that he has done business with Impact Kings. He has claimed to write two checks to a man named ****** who works for or owns Impact kings. Jhonny supposedly is the person who manufactures windows, our windows, in this case. Me and my husband have contacted ****** on behalf of ***** because it has been four months now and we only have had six windows replaced. We have paid ***** in full four months ago and he has yet to finish the job completely. He has claimed to send ******, who works for Impact Kings, two checks for our windows and ****** has claimed that he has never been paid. The argument is constantly tossed between the both of them and now we have an unfinished property. ****** had completely cut off communications with us and hasn't provided an explanation as to what has happened to the checks he supposedly hasn't or has received. ***** from *********************** has claimed that he has had several business problems with Jhonny where clients have struggled for almost three years with unfinished properties that have been paid in full. Now we have no way of knowing if our money has been stolen from us or who is telling the truth and who isn't. We have been robbed and left with a job unfinished. ****** has told me that he has our windows sitting in his wearhouse but won't bring them to us without payment. He has also claimed that he has clients call him after a year requesting there windows from him as well. Clients whom he himself has said he has forgotten about.

    Good afternoon, It is disturbing and appalling to get this from the Better Business Bureau. This complaint is false and 100% based on he/she says, is that the practice of the BBB now? This lady has called me numerous times and I mentioned to her that she does NOT have a contract with my company, she did NOT pay me in any way or any amount, there is NO agreement between us, and the 1 door she did ordered from us, we delivered the same day. After 18 years in business and living in this beautiful country, you need to follow the money and contract which she has NONE with our company. Whatever this person that she claims that works with South window and doors says is ridiculous and for the BBB to even entertain a comment with no paperwork to my company is even more ridiculous, I will contact my attorney to file slandering and defamation on this person and the BBB, PLEASE do your due diligent before reporting a complaint, Thank you
