    We paid for new impact windows and doors in June 2023. They have no finished and we have been waiting for them to finish the work for many months. They continue to give excuses as to why can't come finish from the items needed are at a warehouse to being out of town to being busy working on another project. We have a door that allows water inside our condo when it rains and a sliding door that does not properly close. We just want the work completed. The windows and doors are bare bones without the finishings attached and not one of them are finished. We have missed approx. 20 days of work from W Eagle Contractors making an appointment to come do work then not show up.

    Good Morning, there were a few issues regarding portion of the order product, that was defective, and we had to reorder it and ree install it as it now, it its reinstalled and all pieces were double checked and we are pending for inspection, we have been always in available to make sure that we were like always fimish the project as we did. We apologize with any inconvinience however we want to always be able to give all of our costumers the best service possible and within reason go even beyond the scope of work we are commited to do our job and have always been for the past 4 years.
