    On July 21, 2022, I purchased a gray ******* Sonata 2014 vehicle from the dealer, I asked ***************************, the Dealer's seller, for the Carfax where he replied that he did not have access to it. He told me that the vehicle that I am going to buy has no problems and the car is in perfect condition. I, acting in good faith, agree to carry out the business with ******************, for a down payment of $3,500.A week after having had the vehicle, the oil warning light starts to come on, I contacted ******************, and he teold me t is not a problem and it is not necessary to change the oil, but that this is a sensor that must be changed. I went to his dealership And he told they were going to review the issue and never gave a solution to the issue.The car continued with problem and with the oil sensor on, to which on August 5, 2022 I went to an autolube, to request an oil change, the representative said that the oil has not been changed for more than 6 or 7 months and that the engine is broken and barely usable due to poor maintenance. To all this history, ****************** said he is not responsible for this situation.On September 18, 2022, the car had a complete engine failure and it is time to carry out an engine change repair, before ****************** said he is not responsible for the situation, and tells me to take it to a *******. ******* said the car had been a total loss and that is why the warranty does not cover it, the car has been left at a ******* dealership for almost a month, and I had to take out a loan to pay $3900 to fix the engine. This was more than I paid for the car. ************ sold me a lemon, a broken car, that had problems a week later. The a car that did not work and I want his business to pay for the cost of the engine $3900. I hope to resolve this through the BBB, rather taking action with the ******* Attorney General or through the Courts.

    on September 14 of 2022 my partner and I we decide to buy a new car, we went to car auto center where we meet mr **** and *********************** with are the owner of the place, they offer ** a wolkswagen Tiguan 2010 with ******* miles and the car was clean title, since I just went through a divorce my credit wasn't the best but at the end they got us a private financial that finance us $6752.94 the car was, the selling price was ****** plus dealer fee and other charges and the car was set as is supposedly in good conditions, we end up putting $6047 as down payment and they allow us paying that down payment **** first and the other **** in a month, we lost our job and had an accident, we talk with them to resolve that issue and they offer us to take the car back to them until we finish we went over christmas time and give them $1500 in top of that they didn't tell us the roofs of the car was broke and when it rains the car get full of water inside, the car star giving problems with the engine and the dealer didn't want to do anything about it, we try to sell the car in ****** where we took a big surprise, the car was savage title, miles where down from the original before be declare as savage title in top of that the chasis of the car is all rusted and rooted they ended up offering us $1500 for the car *********************** didn't want to do anything ABOUT IT and the worst is that if we get delay for one or two days with the car payments they start harassing us telling us that they will reposted the vehicule and they charge us $50 dolars extra for every day late, I need to have this issue resolve before we start legal actions against them
