    I register and run in various races including Atlanta Track Club events, Chicago Marathon, Big Sur marathon etc...When I try to login to their websites I get hakuapp instead. Unfortunately, after registering I receive nothing, no e-mail from Atlanta Track Club, Chicago Marathon or Big Sur. This does not happen with race events no channeled through hakuapp. I would like a solution to this problem as not receiving necessary communications from race event organizers causes serious problems.

    Terrible and fraudulent. I purchased race insurance for the 2023 Chicago Shamrock Shuffle and Haku/Refundable.Me is claiming the event was cancelled so they wont refund any registrations. The event was not cancelled. This was a total scam - do yourself a favor and dont ever buy race insurance from this company. I would also hesitate to provide any type of personal info or use the app. My communications with them screamed SCAM. They will steal your info and your money.
