      After working with *** *****, *************************************************, she rejects me as a client because, according to the Univista policy, clients are owned by specific agencies. To explain, I transferred my homeowner insurance policy to another agent a year ago due to miscommunication with the first ****** ***** Caridad *******, who was also a Univista agent. *** ***** conducted the "agent transfer process" without any problem and followed my policy until I was transferred to another company in October.For my upcoming renewal in January 2025, I called Univista's service representative again, *** *****. Still, she rejected me, stating that "clients were not allowed to change agents within Univista due to a policy, and that she did so before violating such policy. I also called the Univista phone number on the website to get the same answer, such as Univista agents "owned" client information for life, and no other agent could receive my information to sell me a policy. Therefore, ***** Caridad ******* owned my information, and she is my only choice if I want to be a Univista client. This customer service also mentioned that Goal Coast could give me the same information. I am unsure to what point this information is accurate or if I am being treated like an ignorant person. Sadly, Univista is not a reliable source of customer support. I will also share my review with my network of friends, families, and colleagues.

      The quality of the customer service on this particular ******************************************* retail is horrible. ******************** and his L****** bff blurry the already shaded reputation of this place. I have an horrible experience with these balcer0s. Hopefully she get fired for irresponsible. Cero attention to work wich I was paying for. Cero attention to the messages sent. I already move all my business out of this horrible franchise.

      Fui victima de una poliza *********** y empleadas sin escrupulos, ojala y todo el que tenga una poliza con esta compañia la revise porque las palabras de la empleada fueron muy claras (esta poliza la vendo todos los dias Hialeah completa la tiene y nada ha pasado) bueno.... eso es hasta que se enfrenten con un problema y sea el consumidor el que tenga que sufrir las consecuencias, mi poliza era para una casa que no tiene Mortgage pero ella queria otra direccion para decirle a Citizen que mi casa estaba rentada y de esa manera poder ofrecerme un bajo costo, claro que me negue a su *****e, igual No envio la cancelacion y me cobraron el monto total por el 2023, mi consejo para el señor que tiene la licencia que se cuide porque la puede perder ya que el no estaba ahi y su firma tambien fue ***********, no voy a mencionar nombres porque mi objetivo no es el que fue mencionado por la empleada (tu lo que quieres es ver correr la sangre) mucha vulgaridad y ni la manager de esa sucursal se inmuto para pedir una disculpa... suerte el que ya este "asegurado"

      ********************************* called our corporate office on Monday 11/14/2022 and the call was transferred to ***************************** - General Manager.  During the conversation **************** addressed the issue regarding the fact that the ************************************************************************************************ cancelling and withdrawing the policy.  **************** explained this to ******************, apologized and moved to continue communicating back and forth with ****************** and addressing the refund, which has hence been issued.


      **************** offered ****************** to work with her in securing proper coverage.  **************** and ****************** ended their conversation in a positive note.


      At this time, we have taken action accordingly, since customer service quality is required from all our agents.  We appreciate ****************** bringing this situation to light as it creates training opportunities, and again ask that she accept our sincere apology.
