    I contracted this vendor to do my wedding invitations on January 26. It's has been 4 weeks that I did not hear back from her. She mentioned she would have everything in 2 weeks done and send to the printing company. I had the letters and wording ready for her to make the proof of invitation since the day I booked her we are now in February 29th and I had nothing. I tried calling her every week some weeks more than once and no answer or she would just text back call you back and no answer. Days would pass and no answer or no calls returned. I could not leave a message due to her voicemail being full. Yesterday on February 28th I called her again and texted her how concerned I was which I have done before but no answer. I did receive an answer yesterday because I included in the message to please just refund me my deposit and I would go somewhere else. She then started answering and all night was harrasing me and trying to send me proofs. She kept going in circles and blaming it on other things and that this is how this industry works. I have it all on text messages. I explained to her to stop having me go in circles I know exactly how things work she is not the first vendor I work with. Kept sending me messages talking none sense and that she will learn from this. I told her yes hopefully your next client you learn to pick up on and answer. I also explained to her I know I am not the only client but if I am reaching out and your busy you could text me back how you did however at one point please return my calls which you never did for weeks. I don't feel comfortable working with her anymore she went as far as contacting my wedding planner because she said I was exaggerating and stressed. All I did was tell her to please return me my ************* she had done nothing for more than 4 weeks. it's not like she worked on it. She refuses to, we did not sign a contract the receipt she gave me was a paper with scribble scrabbles on it. Please help me to get my money back.
