    Complaint I was deceived on 2 ******************************* website pages (sgliquidmetal.com links to lmcollection.com) Based purchase solely on their description. Website claims bracelet numbers B44 AS and N are worn in a tv show and neither are the same as photos from show. Either false advertising or unintended mistake. Either way I do not have the correct bracelet to no fault of my own ** advertises B44 is worn in Breaking Bad. B44 has two rows of small beads in-between the larger ones. TV character has a single row, then large, then single. Also centers are not the same. There is a diamond shape in the middle of B44 and on actress, an X is centered also theres no ** i.d. on her clasp, its flat. I purchased B44-AS 7" and was planning on buying another because the actress wears two the same. Thats when I noticed differences. Single row design doesn't even exist on the ** website. Without signature on clasp, it tells me the tv show used unbranded and ** is misrepresenting theirs. Perhaps I am wrong but pictures prove otherwise All I wanted was to buy/wear 4 replicas from my favorite tv show Two the same, of what I thought were B44, and B3-AS and TB34 (they appear to be the correct design by comparing photos, but strangely, they are not advertised on ** as being worn in the tv show) I do not own the correct bracelet because their website is incorrect and misleading Sent 4 emails ******************************** ****************** ********************************** with photos. No replies addressing bracelet description. From ***** 5/26 which did not address my concern. There are many designs the movie used from our Collections. Please be very careful as your accusation may result in a legal infringement lawsuit. We request you give us the full name of your store as it appears on the last invoice sent to youI replied Hey ***** I don't have a store. I am just a single customer.     The complaint  here that is taken place as stated "
     The B44 in particular was worn by ****** during the ** show: Breaking Bad." In our collection is for  obvious reasons our design where in the movie it is worn as a double bracelets item on an arm wrist. 
    We have the  copyright of that item and take seriously any suggestions that an individual could buy as stated in an email to us (by the  person placing this complaint in this case) of buying it as a counterfeit elsewhere.
     The claim states that the item in the movie has no ** logo and this is because at the time the movie  producers did not know that the item B44 copy was inf act an unlicensed copy but corrected the issue and started using our original  items with the ** logo as stated.
    The copyright for this design B44 refer to Copyright # VA1-024-107  at the library of Comers *************.

    Furthermore we at Liquid Metal inform you that we are the designers of a unique line of jewelry and apparel that we have produced and marketed throughout ***************** since at least ****, which is sold under the ******** LIQUID METAL '' owning  copyrights, trademark, and other intellectual property rights to such jewelry designs, and have registered them with the ************* **************** among other registration  such as  VA-1099-438,VA *********, VA *********, VA *********, VA-1-024-534, any accusations to our copyrights and infringements will be taken very seriously under the copyright law law.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I never wrote I bought counterfeit.  I wrote "B44 has two rows of small beads in-between the larger ones. TV character has a single row, then large, then single. Also centers are not the same. There is a diamond shape in the middle of B44 and on actress, an X is centered."   I know the character wore two, I also wrote that.  Bracelets are completely different shown in photos I provided to BBB.  Three scenes, clear as day, single row vs. double row DIFFERENT.

    SG advertises B44 is worn in Breaking Bad. B44 has two rows of small beads in-between the larger ones. TV character has a single row, then large, then single. Also centers are not the same. There is a diamond shape in the middle of B44 and on actress, an X is centered also theres no SG i.d. on her clasp, its flat.  There are three detectable differences and those differences matter.   

    B3-AS and TB34 appear to be the correct designs ****** wore in breaking bad tv show, but not B44.

    SG liquid metal only responded to one part of the complaint, the unbranded clasp.  Forget the clasp not having logo.  There are still three other, undeniable differences between B44 and the one that's worn on tv, clearly shown in the photos I've provided.  First, the design is completely different.  B44 has two rows of small beads in-between the larger ones. TV character has a single row, then large, then single.  Second, the centers are not the same. There is a diamond shape in the middle of B44 and on actress, an 'X' is centered.  The third difference is the length between the clasp and the large row of beads.  SG liquid metal has not addressed these distinct differences.
