    Ordered a magazine for my grandson because it had an article about a family friend. After about 3 weeks I emailed them. They were very apologetic and said they would send me a tracking number -which they did but post office never received the magazine. I fully believed them and ordered another for my son. They sent me the wrong back issue and Ive been emailing them ever since with no response. So I guess by now they owe a refund for two. My grandson really wants the magazine as does my son. Can you help? Thank you

    We believe that ********************' depiction of the events is an unfair assessment of what actually happened. There was initial confusion on her part as to which exact issue of the publication she wanted and as you can see from the thread of messages, our associate went above and beyond to help her, even re-sending copies at no-charge to satisfy the customer. We are in no way perfect but to file a complaint when we worked this hard to help her can only be described as unfair and borderline callous. 

    I hope that you consider the amount of effort, time, and energy that was put in by our associate to help the customer when you determine the outcome of this complaint.
