    I want to share my experience at UPS store 3177. I was taken advantage of by the manager *******. He appeared friendly and willing to assist. However, he did not provide any pricing. He started to wrap a set of 8 books in bubble wrap and provided the most expensive double-walled box. He kept wrapping the books in roll after roll with bubble wrap. He then started cutting the double-walled box and, at the very end, charged me $249.00. He never mentioned pricing throughout the entire process and, at the very end, charged me the total amount of $249. He misled me and took advantage of my inexperience in packaging items. I lost all my profit from the item's sale on eBay, which cost me my business partnership. I'm letting everyone know how unscrupulous Mr. ******* is in taking advantage of the situation to meet his quota. Please stay away from this store if you can help it. I contacted corporate, and the store response from store #3177 was just a lie. Store #3177 lied to corporate by stating that they provided pricing and that I will not receive a refund or discount. Store #3177 says that pricing is listed on each store item. Therefore, that's how they provided me with pricing, but this is precisely the point. Mr. ******* did not offer a price, but that did not stop him from using the most expensive double-walled box and roll after roll of the most expensive bubble wrap. UPS corporate Steve threatened to contact the police if I called the UPS corporate office again. This terrible experience is unacceptable. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, and the fact that I was threatened with police action if I called again is terrible, humiliating, and unacceptable.
