    On April 12, 2024 I was charged $49.95 for a membership that I did not agree to. I requested a refund and was told one was issue. The charges have not been removed from my credit card as of date. The told me to check with my credit union. Of course they can't tell if a refund is pending.

    I currently have recurring payments in the amount of $49.95 per month coming out of my bank each month . I never agreed to any type of service whatever this company is charging me for. I know nothing about this. I called my bank I have called my local police department who encouraged me to contact the BBB apparently this recurring payment has been going on for over a year. I just recently was going through my bank statement and came across this charge I was having on a regular basis . Again can't express this enough I know knowing about this charge. Need bank statements for varification of charges be more than glad to provide whatever is needed . I also tried many times to call this company from the phone number on the business website if that is what it is anyways. As soon as you call the number provided on the website a male voice says something about billing department that's strange it's self what company has a contact number for their business and as soon as you call it. The person mentiones billing usally your transferred for that part of the business. The voice tells you to click a couple of numbers then it hangs up. This happens everytime upon calling the number listed.
