In August of 2024, I took a sales call from one of the owner/investors in Eminence Pro. He explained their currency trading software, indicating that, on average, monthly returns are around 10%. He emphasized that their software was supported by professional traders and that one of their main priorities was "capital preservation". Their contract indicates that if you don't make $1 in the first 15 days, you get your money back. I lost over $13,000, but when I asked for my money back, I was told I only had 7 days to do so and I had missed the window. They then indicated that they were confident they could recover the loss by the end of 2024. 7 months later, I'm still down 30% from my initial investment, not including the $19,900 entrance fee. I've repeatedly asked for a refund. I've had negative returns the majority of the months I've been with them. In my experience, they are engaging in misleading marketing practices. Their returns are nowhere near what they display on their sales call. They've recently added new trading algos and suggested I subscribe to those to diversify my investment. I promptly lost additional money by following their suggestion; a net loss of over 3% in one month. I have discontinued use of their trading software because I could no longer afford to lose money. Trading has its risks, but Eminence's claims of 10% monthly returns when I joined, and now 4%-8% on their website do not reflect their performance for the better part of the past year. I can provide all communications in support of my complaint, including proof of loss of funds.

The company, Eminence Pro, sells the right to let a robot trade your broker account so you don't have to do anything but sit back and watch your accountgrow. I purchased, for the sum of ***** dollars, the right to let their robot trade my account. The sales pitch was they average over 14% growth a month, with 5% being the least amount it has ever made. Never a loosing month. Another selling point was it's ability to not have big drawdown. Because it only takes very small trades, it would have to loose several hundred consecutive trades to have a 10% drawdown. The first month saw very little growth but the vast majority of trades being winners. Then it started loosing. But instead of doing what I was told it would do, very small trades. It started making bigger and bigger trades, exactly what I was told it wouldn't do. My account plummeted, down approximately 40%. When it was down 20% I was told to hang in there. Their experts were working on this, it would turn around. It steadily continued down with the trades risking more and more until they were risking approximately 25% on each trade. Using big time rookie mistakes in trading. Doing exactly what I was told it wouldn't do. I was lied to about what this robot would do and what it wouldn't do. I've asked for my money back I paid for the right to use this but haven't heard anything from them. I want my ***** i paid for it, the 150 monthly fee, and the ********************************************************************** the sales pitch.
