      Very unhappy right now about working with BRE Leads who is operated by Zale Media, LLC.They sold me a leads package that involves an ** process that is suppose to qualify the leads. I have listened to all the calls and the ** isn't very good. It has confused the leads, so they feel like something is wrong with their phone. When did the integration, they messed it up so I had leads sitting there for days without the ** qualification. I brought this to their attention, only the second time did they realized they messed up. They set up my ** with an email address that I don't have or own. It has been one issue after another in less than 1 month. It took a week to on board, then they started posted ads on ******** before I was even done. Their ads are marginal at best. Huge waste of time and money. They are fighting to keep my money. Why not spend more time working on your product and less time stealing. DO NOT use this company, you will regret it. They have one email adddress for everything, a calling service so you can't talk to anyone. I know they will respond to this complaint with another canned response about how it is my fault. I can say in 1 month, I know when something is bad and not working for my needs, just do the right thing. I am sure they will just change names again...********************* or ********************************

      I contracted this company in 2022 and I can say that all the complaints are 100% real. The leads were ****, theyre security questions that prevent false leads of which are easily bypassed. I was getting false numbers and names. I would typically have to wait 1-2 weeks for the adds to be restructured, the phone number the provided to call people always showed up as **** to people. I know this because I called myself with it and it literally showed as **** call. I reach out and it took them a long time to get back to me, eventually they gave me half the money back and the excuse was that theyve already provided leads and what not. I submitted a counter claim to my card provider and submitted the contract along with all of my evidence on how they were going against their own contract and the card servicer decided in my favor and got me the entirety of my monies back. Not to mention that the program they created is literally a ******** feature that anyone can set up themselves. Im not sure why they are saying that the program is theirs when it belongs to ********. I did a quick look on them and theyre no where to be found so hopefully this **** of a company was dissolved. Anyone and everyone who ever had this company should report it to ******** for claiming that the program is theirs. Stay far far away from them, they literally serve no porpoise besides collecting your payment and then delivering a c*** administrative service since thats what they literally are.

      This has probably been one of the worse experiences with a company that I have ever encountered, so much so that I would even say that they are a scam. It's companies like this that make it hard for legitimate companies because after getting ******* for almost $2,000 how will you trust anyone else. I followed all of their requirements and got nothing, I submitted a cancel request within the proper time frame and they denied it and said I had to try something else first which I did. Now they tell me that I'm past the required time frame to request a refund. I never leave reviews but I'm making an exception here because if my review can help save someone from being ******* out of thousands It has been worth it. I am making it my goal to get reviews on as many platforms as possible to make help as many avid this scam. the unfortunate part of these ***** is that they will continue to make money from people to choose to believe in them. Remember the old saying if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

This is a done-with-you marketing system. We provide the system and help you setup ads for your business. We are not a done-for-you marketing company meaning we do not run our clients ads and CRM account. We do not actively monitor your Ad or CRM account so we do ask that you let support know via email if you have any problems. This is also stated within your contract signed upon purchase. 





      The ******** team sometimes makes mistakes and disable ad accounts that are following guidelines and policies. We have been in contact with their team about this and working with them to fix this issue since we are not part of ********* We use ******** as an advertising platform along with multiple other platforms like google.


      An audit is conducted for every refund request. All guarantee requirements must be met for each refund request in order to qualify for a refund. Your first refund request was on 8/16/2022. Your met with a member of our escalations team and were denied a refund: 


      - Your ads did not run for the required 5 months. Your ******** ads ran from 4/19-7/18 during this time. 


      - Your ad spend was $896.11 and not the required $1500 during this time. 


      - You did not have 100% lead follow up and did not conduct 3 calls for every lead within the first 30days. 


      You were moving forward with our system after this time with advertising on ******* Your second refund request was made on 2/10/2023. You met with another member of our escalations team that explained our system's guarantee timeframe. Our system has a 6 month timeframe guarantee. You signed up March 25, 2022.


      I am really sorry to hear our services did not meet your expectations. I have looked into your situation. 

      Unfortunately, you do not qualify for a refund because you did not follow all of the guarantee requirements. You have not given our system the ability to help you along the way of a closing or increase your online visibility by 80 percent. We cannot guarantee a closing if you do not complete the guarantee requirements. 


      - Your refund request is outside of the 6 month timeframe guarantee


      - All communication was not conducted within the **** There were appointments that were not attended within the ****

      This Company needs to be shut down! I spend $1900 dollars on October 1 2021 and never received a lead in almost 2 years. Facebook doesn’t even allow zale media ads on their platforms. I told the zale media managers that Facebook disabled their ads and I was not allowed to use their ads on the social media platform. I requested for a refund and never got my money back. Zale media has a program in which they are supposed to give you your money back, if you don’t sale a house using their program in 6 months. I still haven’t received my money yet. These people are ********. They pay actors and actresses to promote their company. These actors and actresses need to start providing their Real Estate license numbers on the videos, so the public can look them up. Zale media also pays Publications on google to promote this ********** company. The videos and the publications needs to be taken down. These people prey on Real estate agent/Mortgage Brokers/Solar sales people.

      Let me tell you about this company and the experience I had. First off they have no phone number to call. Oh, sure their sales reps do and they will answer immediately for you to sign up! That is the first hook. After you sign up and they have your money they will "offer" a money back guarantee to make it look like they believe in their system! DON'T BUY THAT LINE OF CRAP! They will make it impossible for you to get your money back. They take days to get back to you if you have an issue. If you live in a rural area, you might as well forget this system you will have to expand to areas you don't cover to meet their AUDIENCE TARGET! You have to spend $300/month for BS names on ******** or $600/month for ****** leads! On top of them charging you $20-$30 to use their calling, text, or email system instead of a cell phone or phone line you pay for already each month! This company's worth isn't even worth the paper it is written on! In fact, if you sign up with this company after you read this review and you reach out to me on my experience. I am going to laugh and tell you "I TOLD YOU SO!" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This company is an absolute scam and a joke! You will have better results writing lead's names down on paper then thinking this CRM or system is going to get you any closing! Biggest waste of money and time I can say! FIND A DIFFERENT SYSTEM TO USE THIS ONE ISN'T GOING TO HELP YOU! I wouldn't even leave them a stat for a review, unfortunately I have to give them at least that. They sure aren't worth it!

      This company is the worse save your self time and money. I signed up with service in august, they NEVER started my real estate ads. They claim that I never did onboarding, i did. I had multiple phone calls for onboarding. They charge my card every month, i dispute it, they charge it again. Do not do business with this company, you will never get your ads.

      Zale media is a **** and fraud! If you hear this name, RUN! They promise quality leads to your metrics and once they get your upfront money you will never be able to talk to anyone ever again. You'll never get a refund even though they don't perform and generate the ***** qualified leads per month!********************* should be arrested and put out of business with the low life's he has selling his ***** system! Check the ****** reports and the BBB and you'll find tons of complaints all the same. Zale media are liars, ************************** who kept their system for the full 5 months never got refunded but did get their bank account milked!! That's their marketing plan is to keep you hooked for 5 months and milk the credit card!

      I recently had an amazing experience with Zale Media. Although the service didnt work out for me Zale Media contacted me personally and refunded me for the cost of the service. The communication and customer service was so great. I am in the business of making my clients happy and I can tell you that Zale Media went out of there way to help me. I am so sorry things didnt work out for myself and the product but I can tell you that the level of service and how amazing they were in taking care of me after will have me referring others to them.       Transaction Date - 9/2 Services to be provided: Advertising via ******** to generate mortgage leads Result: My advertising account was permanently banned due to the actions of Zale Media LLC. Company provided me a contract with details after I paid. Now they are arguing because I did not request one upfront they cannot refund me regardless of the damages they have caused. As I stated to the company I do not work for them. I do not know what all is going to be provided. Had I known upfront and been clearly communicated they could possibly get my account banned I would have not proceeded. Also had I been clearly communicated that they would not refund me due to the "contractual obligations" then I would have known to ask for a contract upfront. They are arguing contract is valid and they do not owe me a refund. I am here sharing with you now that I was not provided a contract prior to payment nor did I know I would be given one after the fact. My expectation was that like any company if they cannot deliver what they sold me on then I should have no problems getting a refund. They are offering to advertise through other avenues but I will not allow them the opportunity to get another one of my platforms banned. I can't confidently continue to do business with them as they have not clearly communicated the possible outcomes until now. Had they been transparent upfront then I could have made a sound decision upfront but I was not given that opportunity.

      This has been the worst experience. I signed up with **** Media in August of 2021. They promised you close a mortgage deal in 60 days or your money back. They ran ******** ads and I got leads with invalid names and phone numbers. They whole service was horrible. I called them and mind you I had the service for 5 months. They would not honor their policy and infact said I owed them $1800 and sent me to collections. I am spreading the word for realtors and loan officers to not to use them.

      You purchased our mortgage and media system. You were sent to collections because you still have an unpaid balance. You used our intellectual property for both systems and our support services. You still have a remaining $1747 that was due in January for your media system. This violates the contract that was signed due to having failed payments. We have reached out to you multiple times to discuss this. Your refund request was denied by ***** as well during your Escalations meeting in March. You do not qualify for a refund for your Media or Mortgage system. All guarantee requirements must be met in order to qualify for a refund. Also we do not promise what was stated in your BBB complaint. We promise a closing when running our ads for 5 months at the recommended ad spend when you follow all of our guarantee requirements. They outline the steps for success. Watching our training videos is highly encouraged.
