      The employee at the store told me and my husband that the mattress was fully refundable in case we didnt like it, adding also that we couldnt buy a mattress protector because they were in back order. After a few days we contacted him at the store because we wanted either a refund or an exchange and he said that it wasnt possible as we signed a document where supposedly it was explained that there was no refund but only upgrades (we had bought already the most expensive mattress thanks to him pushing it), I argued with him on the phone that it was not what he told us and he said yes but you signed the paper. That document I have never seen it and I know he forged my signature. He also gave us a number to call for customer service : I have called and a person who speaks only Spanish answered to me and she said she is not the person in charge and that she would make me call from that person, but obviously they never called me back and when I try to call they never answer!

      On January 1st 2025, I ordered a Beauty Rest Queen size mattress from Mattress King locate at North Miami ********************* Miami Fl ***** i paid $ 997 plus tax. It was delivered couple days later. Up on delivered I noticed the mattress is 16 inches which is 4 inches higher than my current mattress. I immediately called the store and spoke with the gentleman who sold me the mattress i explained to him my situation and told him that i need to exchange the mattress. On 1/11/25 i exchanged the Beauty Rest for a Temper-Pedic Adapt 2.0 Med hybrid I paid $1,544.19 schedule date for delivery 1/21/25. The mattress never arrived on that day.. The salesman push the delivery date for 1/24/25 again no delivery took place. Mattress King moved my delivery date 2 additional dates . 2/6/25 than 2/14 /25 once again delivery date never materialized. This process has being nothing but a nightmare as a customer. It appears that ********************** King has no intend to deliver the mattress to me. I want to cancel the transaction and want my refund which $ ********

      After a few months of purchasing a King mattress from their local store in *************************************** became defective and a warranty claim was requested through them. After a few weeks, I finally managed to get that approved and 3 months later, I am still waiting for a replacement. The local store representative keeps telling me its not in his control and doesnt know when will I receive it. He even made me pay delivery fees right away on Aug. 14. As of Oct. 24, I heard nothing on expected delivery. In fact, he called me once to tell me another mattress (similar) was delivered and if I wanted that one instead (I said no).I called Serta (the manufacturer) and they said its not normal but they cant really no anything.I called Mattress Kings customer service line and no one ever answers nor returns call/************* stuck for months now with a defective mattress at home because of unacceptable customer service and unethical practices from this company.

      I **** ********* went to mattress kings no 09/13/24 I bought a mattress for $1600. The mattress they sold me is not the same one from the lobby. The mattress was defected So I went back to return it and he said he could exchange it for another one more expensive. He only wanted to get me back $1400. The Other Mattress was $1799. So I told him, I would pay him the difference. He wanted to charge me the taxes for the $1799 plus $150 For the delivery. I don't know what he did, but he said. I owe him $665. So I told him no, you have to give me the credit of $1605 I paid you. To make the story short, I had to go to the store 5 times He gave. Me a reimburse for $125. And the next day he gave me another reimburse for $95. So I made a complaint with his boss.And he Called my wife and told her Not to wait for the new mattress. Cus Now you need an inspection. And I told him that's not what we agreed to. I paid you the difference for the new mattress and the delivery. I have all my receipts. He has gone in my synchronic account without my authority and has refunded the money back and has taken money without my permission. They are a bunch of scammers. If you look through the reviews, you could see people that have gone through the same issues. I've been through. And the owner by the name of **** knows everything that is going on.

      I purchased a king size split mattress and adjustable base set from Mattress Kings on 3/12/24 for $5,238.72. This included the price for delivery and installation. The installation occurred on 4/4/24 and in the process my front door which is a custom made hardwood door was damaged by the delivery team. Before the installation was complete, I called the mattress kings store where I purchased the items to ensure they would take responsibility. At the time the store manager, ********************* apologized and asked me to email him the information so he could forward to the appropriate person at the corporate office to take care of it.Between 4/4 and 4/18 I tried numerous times to get updates but every time I spoke to ********************* he said I should hear soon from the corporate office. I obtained the corporate office number from him but was unable to reach anyone and my messages were left unanswered.On 4/18 I spoke with *** at reception who promised my I would get a call from the appropriate person that day, but I never received a call back.On 4/19, in desperation to try and force some accountability on the company, I reached out and filed a complaint with the credit provider "Synchrony Home". I emailed ********************* to inform him of the claim, he emailed me back on 5/8 saying his hands are tied and he cannot do anything for me. On 5/22, I was informed by Synchrony Home that the claim was denied because there was no issue with the product itself, so I would have to take it up with Mattress Kings. I informed them that Mattress Kings was not responsive to me, but they could not help me further.Later on 5/22 I called the **************** and spoke to *** again. She informed me that she would have the appropriate person call me back in 2 hours after a meeting. I pleaded with her to help and she then promised she would call me back the same day but never did. My calls to the corporate office all went to voicemail later that day.I'm seeking repairs in the amount of $1,500.

      I was approved for a loan up to $3,400.00 with Snap Finance. I chose Mattress Kings of ***************** from a list of retailers who accept Snap Finance loans. I decided to spend around $1,000. Snap Finance informed me that my monthly payments would be $85. which w I telephoned Mattress Kings where I spoke with *******************************, the manager. He recommended a mattress, frame, box & arranged the delivery totaling $1,077.00. I told ******* about my approved loan with Snap Finance. ******* told me that he was contacting American 1st Finance who were "affiliated" with Snap Finance. I later found out that was NOT true. American 1st Finance also approved my loan, so I signed the contract via my cellphone (still believing American 1st Finance WAS affiliated with Snap Finance, as ******* had informed me)After 1 month,I had NOT received a bill, so I called Snap Finance. They told me that my full loan amount was still available. I called American 1st Finance and they told me that my first payment to them was late + my contract with them requires that I pay them $100 every 2 weeks. When I tried to call ******* again at Mattress Kings, he would NEVER answer his telephone (I called him 8 times) and his voice mailbox was full, so I could not even leave a message.

      I was sold that mattress over the phone with the possibility of exchange. I paid $2200 for the mattress. they offer the same for $2000 and they dont want to do the exchange i offer to pay transport.. Decieving sales people and unprofesional ***************************** and *************************.
