    I was told I need to pay $510.00 for a service at the time of my wife's appointment. Insurance is under my name, I'm the primary. I asked why my insurance wasn't covering the service and did not get a good answer except "payment is required". My insurance did pay them for the service, but the 3rd part billing service hasn't issued a refund 11 months later. I haven't repeatedly contacted them myself, Cigna has contacted them, Cigna has contacted them with me one 3-way, they always say "let us look into this and get back within 2 weeks" and never do. They have received payment from ***** and me, therefore double billed for the service.

    We take great pride in billing accurately and making sure our patients are being charged the correct amount.  Our billing and collections department is doing an internal investigation on this claim as we are still pending payment on a certain charge.  This must be an issue with the managed care company and therefore our investigation is taking place.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the same exact response I have received the from 3rd party billing company now for almost a year. ***** has made it very clear that the payments have been submitted and received by company. *********** just repeatedly forwards you to the billing company and wants to take no part in resolving the situation. ***** has made this clear to me and to the billing company. Cigna has contacted them with me on a conference call to make this clear to them. They billing company gives the exact same response, but yet nothing ever happens. It's always some form of "2-3 weeks" and you never hear from them. As stated, ***** has made it VERY clear to both me and the billing company, all services were covered and they have received payment from ***** and should refund patient because they have now double billed.
