    We've observed that you've made multiple attempts to tarnish our company's reputation across several platforms. While we respect your right to voice concerns, it's important to clarify the situation accurately.
    Our team made several good-faith attempts to contact you regarding the $800 contractual labor agreement. Unfortunately, we received no response or follow-up from your end. Due to this lack of communication, we were forced to find an alternative solution to ensure the move was completed and to protect our standing with the customer.
    We take these matters seriously and always aim to handle situations professionally. If you're willing to have a constructive conversation and provide additional context, we're open to reviewing the matter further.

    Don't ever use this company they **** you and damage your stuff and don't even responded. They charged me 6,000 with guarantee to move all my stuff for a 3 bedroom home and show up with a 26 foot uhaul and then tell me it's 22,000 more to move the rest of me.. then make me take delivery at 10pm at night after scheduling it purposely on days that I hadn't even closed on my house. Then damaged a ton of stuff and won't get back to me!! **** their manager is a liar and *** man. Don't use them!!!

    ******** moving company!!! I was quoted a price and I sent all of my moving instructions. I believed that this company would do as promised. But, I should have gone with a different moving company. They took my money, checked in with me and I thought all was good. But, they did not follow through with their word, or that they would reimburse me for not getting the move done that was promised to me! The company that I had paid money to hired another moving company and this moving company did a terrible job and had to make two trips, AND THEY STILL DIDNT COMPLETE THE **** The movers that came to do the job complained the whole time. When I contacted this moving company they were very unprofessional and actually told me I couldnt contact any of the people that were in charge, and that I could only contact them by texting! That was truly unprofessional. They kept saying to me that they I had made the mistake about the move. All in all, the moving company that I hired to complete my move, did not complete the job! They should not be in business. I see that other customers reported the bad service they had, which is similar to my experience. I feel so betrayed and disappointed by this moving company. I hope that no one else gets taken advantage of like I was. I had to pay for a different company to complete the job. I wish I would have hired them to begin with.

    Imoving moving advisor ****** ******* was professional and courteous. He represented to us that our furniture would be appropriately wrapped and properly stacked in the size storage unit, which he suggested. However, the furniture was not wrapped at all, and the items were placed in the storage unit without organization. Asa result, we had to acquire a second storage unit to accommodate all of our items. The Pick up date was on Sunday and the ********************* company which picked up our furniture brought a Uhaul truck and had to make two trips to the storage unit because they did not have a truck large enough to support all of item. In addition, they wanted to charge an additional cost for items that were on the inventory. In fact some of the items listed on the inventory they did not have to pick up and take to storage because we had already removed the items. Needless to say Imoving did not account for the difference in the removal of those items. The Imoving contact. ***** owere dismissive and never properly resolved. The moving company finished the second load in the truck about 8:30pm and said they would take it with them and deliver to the storage the following day in which they did. We believe that although ****** was professional and polite, this was a horrible move. 1. *********** did not coordinate the move in an efficient and effective manner. 2. The movers were not organized and failed to properly stacking items in storage. 3. The items were not packed with shrink wrap nor were tv's placed in boxes which were paid for in inventory. 4.) Items charged as fragile such as glass table tops and grandfather clock was not handled with care or packed for protection. 5.) Imoving representatives did not provide a follow up to address my concerns. I would not encourage anyone to use this company which falsely represent their services and consideration of their clients

    We are sorry to hear that you feel the moving company did not properly wrap or stack your furniture. After reviewing our records, we see that you opted not to take your patio furniture in exchange for the cost of additional materials used by the carrier. These materials were necessary to properly pack your marble and glass items, which were not specified in your inventory or contract. As you can understand, fragile items require additional labor and materials, which impact the moving process.
    Additionally, many of your items could not and should not have been stacked, as improper stacking could result in damagesomething the movers aim to avoid to prevent liability. We also do not have information on the size of the storage unit you selected, so if it was not the appropriate size for your belongings, that is outside of our control.
    At iMoving, we act as the booking agent and provide a guaranteed price based on the inventory and services listed in your contract. Your price was never changed, and the services were rendered accordingly. If you had concerns about the movers handling of your items, we encourage you to address your feedback on their review platform, as they are responsible for the execution of your move.
    We also want to clarify that iMoving is not liable for damages, delays, or the quality of service provided by the movers. If you would like to proceed with a claim, we are happy to provide you with a claims form, which is the proper legal channel for addressing any disputes regarding damages, delays, or service quality.

    I contacted Imoving about my move from ********** to **** and had a quote on a certain cubic footage involved. When the movers were moving everything the lead man said there was much more footage than originally quoted so I had to pay a substantial amount more to get everything packed. When I received the furniture at my destination a person who I had to hire to put the furniture into the apt we both agreed that the cubic footage was no more than originally stated. It was a total scam as far as Im concerned so I would not recommend them and I would go with a national carrier if I ever have another move.

    I cannot express how incredibly frustrating and intrusive my experience with ************************ has been. To begin with, I never submitted my information to themyet they have relentlessly called me multiple times a day from different numbers, even after I explicitly told them I was no longer interested. Blocking one number just results in them calling from a new one. It's beyond annoying, it's harassment.When I initially spoke with them, I asked directly if they were a broker, and I was told no. So when I asked how they obtained my information, they told me I would have to visit their website to "fill out the information." Excuse me? I had never seen their logo or their website before. When I questioned this further, the woman claimed she had emailed me informationwhich, surprise surprise, I never received. But she proceeded to transfer me to a broker.The broker immediately started trash-talking the other moving companies I had been in contact with, including reputable ones like Allied and Two Men and a Truck, calling them untrustworthy and incapable of guaranteeing anything. It was beyond unprofessional. I was floored by how they tried to discredit other companies just to make a sale. I told him straight out that I couldnt trust a company that speaks so negatively about others, and I hung up.But even that wasnt the end of it. Despite my clear and firm rejection of their services, they continue to harass me, calling from at least 3-4 different numbers a day. This is absolutely unacceptable. Ive told them multiple times to stop contacting me, but they dont listen.I would strongly advise anyone considering ************************ to stay far away. Their shady practices, dishonesty, and aggressive marketing tactics are a huge red flag. I can only imagine how they operate behind the scenes, and Ill certainly be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. If you value your privacy and peace of mind, do not engage with this company.

    The sales person called me on a Tuesday and gave me a quote and said he would call back in 2 days when I had more quotes. Told him I was going with a local company and he went for the hard sell. Told him there was a 3.09 rating, and he ****splained how reviews work when theres a high-volume business. Apparently averages are just something too complicated for my simple mind. I explained I wanted to go with a small locally-owned company, he got irritated said something snotty and hung up.Initially I was confident with the company, but every other company told me I would need 2 days and 2 trucks, which seems more realistic for a house with 5 bedrooms and a baby grand piano. I also couldnt find any local reviews for this company, the reason for that is that they just hire local movers, something Im capable of doing on my own. It also means if theres a problem Im not actually dealing with the people who moved me since I have a contract with Imoving(in *****), not whatever company shows up at my door.A response is not wanted or necessary.

    Please avoid this company at all costs! We initiated, worked with a relocation expert, and paid for our move on 9/25 for a 10/5 'same day' move. The sales reps promised he took down all the furniture and box estimate I provided and guaranteed me I wouldn't pay a dime more. Then when reviewing the inventory he 'created' we realized he was missing essential items I had made sure we're accounted for . During our QA call on 10/1, ****** claimed the sales guys couldn't be relied on and that's why he called customers to ensure everything was good to go. Despite the reps assurances we paid an additional 1k to account for our full inventory needs. We were assured a moving team would call and come on 10/5, we asked many questions and were provided many assurances.
    They lied! A moving 'team' wasn't assigned until 10/5 and they didn't even receive the full list of items we spent time curating on the iMoving space! They had to scramble to find a team that could move us and we're struggling. When we tried calling iMoving's Customer Support the lady was so horrendous, yelling, lacking sympathy or even empathy, interrupting me when I spoke, and then calling and yelling at the moving company. It was so bad the assigned moving company canceled their connection to the move due to her incredible rudeness. We ultimately had to cancel the entire thing, and were promised a call from Billing for a return of our funds. We have not yet received a call and our experience was so horrendous we didn't want to call for fear of being yelled at again. It's been a week. Thankfully we had a group able to move us that night, arriving at 6 pm and working until midnight separate from iMoving. Please stay away they don't care about you--only the money. All contacts we tried left us on read or ignored us to this day that day. Protect your money and mental health and don't use this company for a proper move.
