    We used Pablo and his team to send everything we needed to furnish 5 homes in San Jose, Costa Rica from Monterey, CA. We shipped 2 40 foot containers a year apart as well as a Subaru and a Teardrop Trailer. The service, door to door, was excellent. Everything arrived as expected and in perfect condition. His employee, Merlin, even got the oil changed in the car and the electrical lights hooked up on the trailer for us before delivery. I would recommend Pablo to anyone looking to ship to Costa Rica. I will use him again in a heartbeat when I need to ship again.

    Relocating your life to a different part of the world can be extremely stressful. With so many moving components of planning and logistics the feeling of becoming overwhelmed is easy. When searching for a company to move our personal and household items from *******, ******** to ********** it was important we find someone that could help take some of the pressures off our plate. International Relocation Partner came highly recommended so we added them to our list of companies to interview. It became quickly evident on why they are so recommended in the expat community. Structured calls with a wealth of information with no strings attached for even doing business to start. Once we decided to do business the same pattern followed. With great follow up, and an outline of the process that was exactly as described. We opted for them to pack our items, inventory, and delivery to our new come. They handled it all including the customs process completely. We literally did nothing but sit back, communicate and relaxed knowing we were in good hands. Everything showed up as planned (actually early!). While I cant speak for the other companies we did not hire I can say that team at International Relocation Partner not only under promises and over delivers. They truly are partners in the journey. We couldnt be happier and I can trust when I refer them they will deliver for that referral again. Great job to the team that ***** the owner has created. Oh, yes if you want direct contact with the owner he doesnt hide. He actually encourages it! If I ever have to move from one country to the next I would undoubtedly be using ***** and his team.

    I have worked with Pablo's company for 3 years now. I recommend his company on a consistent basis, so he has worked with a lot of my clients, who become his clients. This is what I know- Pablo is honest, transparent and willing to go above and beyond so his clients can make informed decisions. AND, when there is an issue, which in his line of work can happen even under the best of circumstances, he will address the issue and make it right.... even when he doesn't always have to. Pablo is a very customer service oriented individual and tries to make, what can be a stressful situation, into a comfortable, doable experience for his clients. If my mom needed to ship her things to Costa Rica, Pablo would be the guy.
