    We have been living out of our suitcase for almost 2 months and we have months supply of our toddler's medications in "hostage" with this company.We hired Moving APT (a supposedly white glove service moving broker) which then hired Expedite Moving *** to move us from state to state. They took our items July 21st and almost 2 months later, we have not heard from them other than to demand the rest of the payment owed at delivery of items and to say "your carrier will reach out to you by the end of the week for delivery details". We have been getting this response for the last few weeks (almost like it's automated) when we successfully reach them after repeated emails and phone calls. It is very diffcult to reach them and when you get someone on the phone, they are rude and cannot answer any questions regarding the location of our items. One customer service rep suggested we get an air mattress if we can't live in our empty apartment. We've been hung up on many times. We'll post an update on when our items come (if they ever arrive) and the condition they arrive in. All we want is our furniture and essentials back in the condition we left them in.

    Moving APT has investigated this matter in an attempt to better comprehend and validate the complaint against our services.  Customer satisfaction is critically important to us, and we want to ensure that each customer knows their business is valued and truly appreciated.

    Please note that Moving APT is a booking agent who reserves truck space with a carrier for a customers shipment.  The customers goods were transported under the authority of Moving Relo, whom the customers moving contract was with.  Nonetheless, we are always here to assist customers and mediate between them and their carrier when needed.

    We do apologize that Moving Relo experienced a delay in this delivery.  We are happy to advise that the customer has confirmed that their goods have now been delivered.  Furthermore, we have offered the customer to take care of their claim and delay compensation ourselves so that they do not have to go through Moving Relo for their claim.  Moving APT is taking care of their compensation for this.  Please feel free to contact us at ************** or at ***************************************** with any further questions.

    I am rejecting this response until we receive the compensation promised for the items missing and damaged, for delay of delivery and for the extra cost demanded at delivery by Moving Relo. The claim has been filed on our end so now we wait for Moving APT to honor their word in compensating us.

Please note that per industry regulations, interstate claims may take up to 120 days from the date of submission.     Hi!We hired the moving company by name Moving APT for relocation from **********, ** to Holland, OH on may12th 2022. Our goods were picked up on 15th June and were supposed to be delivered within 14 business days starting June 23rd. First of all we were very unhappy with movers to begin with. They had no idea about packaging and wrapped our goods in some dirty cloth without actually knowing how to do packaging. Whole carpet became so dirty. We were upset but this is not our concern at this point. They promised goods will be delivered within 14 days and this is based on the distance between two locations. Its now 30 business days and so far we have no idea where our good are. We were given the phone number of the lady ***** to contact for delivery related questions. We literally had to call them 5 times before we actually gets a single reply. The company is so unprofessional that that they don't care at all about our goods. They are not even sorry or apologetic for inconvenience caused to my family. They always gives us the same answer that they are trying to contact carrier and he is not picking up the phone. They are not giving us any answers when our goods will be delivered and most important thing is they are very irresponsible, unprofessional and not all sorry about their unprofessional ethics. My family is sleeping on carpet since the goods were picked up.

    Please note that Moving APT is a booking agent who reserves truck space with a carrier for a customers shipment. The customers goods were picked up and are being transported under the authority of DG Moving ****************************, whom the customers moving contract was and is with. That said, we are always here to assist customers and mediate between them and their carriers whenever necessary.

    Please also note that the Estimated Delivery Schedule that was provided to the customer was exactly this, an estimated schedule, not a guarantee. The customer was advised on multiple occassions that unfortuntaely there are no guarantees in delivery time frames, especially during the high season (the summer season) when delays are unfortunately more prevalent. Nonetheless, we do apologize that DG Moving has experienced a delay in this delivery. Our ************************ is currently following up with both DG Moving and with the customer to ensure that delivery is completed as soon as possible, and rest assured that the customer will be compensated for any delay they have experienced past their estimated schedule.
