    For over one month I have been trying to resolve issues ******* created and up to date the issue have only gotten worst with me constantly on the phone trying to resolve the issue. I moved into a new house and connected the modem and it does not work and ******* offer to send a tech and at no time informed me of an installation fee of $100.00 that appeared on my bill and no one is willing to assist. I need to charge remove or the service cancel with no ETF. I do not want an email from anyone i need an actual person to contact me after 4pm Eastern time.

    I believe you have us confused with Xfinity also known as ******* the telecommunication company. We are xfiinitymoving and we are a moving brokerage company and have only been doing services for a year. We do not have any affiliation with Xfinity also known as ******* the telecommunication company for service so this complain has been placed incorrectly. We do feel sorry you are experience this but reaching out to ******* directly will be your best solution.
