After bringing six customers who purchased cars finally asked for their referral check I was supposed to get a $100 check for bringing a customer. Remember I brought six they took all my information name address phone number Social Security number almost a month ago. Nothing its happened. I have called a number of times I keep getting the runaround. I think this could be a scam. Please be ware.

******DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP******I financed a vehicle (for my son) at Braman Cadillac in March 2023, by June 2023 the car was so defective my son couldn't drive it (only about 300 mile from purchase). I signed the deal only because Braman salesmen assured me they are a reputable dealership and cannot afford to tarnish their reputation by selling a defective vehicle. They assured me they have top notch mechanics who have inspected this car and the engine is in excellent condition. In 2.5 months the cars engine was leaking in multiple locations. the rear main seal needed to be replaced, the steering rack was broken, valve cover gaskets and oil pan gaskets were leaking and the car was not driveable. When I contacted Braman (***********************), they estimated repairs at $6,000 for option 1. Option 2, they would appraise the car as is (defected - which is how they sold it to me) and trade in.I only financed this car, my son who is a sophomore and working full-time is paying for it. This is his dream car!I only want Braman to repair the car and give us our money's worth and honor their statement that they are a reputable dealership and cannot afford to tarnish their reputation by selling a defective vehicle. Thank you. Faith
