      Purchased a vehicle from Warren Henry it was a 2023 ******* SUV and the second day I had it. I started having problems with the sensors I took it to the shop. It was in the shop several days they said they found nothing wrong with it and drove it home and started having problems with the sensors It's been there a week and a half service department has never called me. Sold by ****** as a loaner car with low miles and there were no problems I had to call Warren Henry today because nobody called me. I tried to call ***** three times this week. ****** wanted me to sell the car They knew had problems and they sold it to me anyway They are not about honesty. Not a good dealership to work with at at least they're not right now. I mean you would think at least this entire week they would call me and give me an update on my car but I haven't heard a word and I've had to call numerous times to try to get hold of ***** never get a call back . Warren Henry has no respect for customer service. the dealership has had my car two weeks and the Service Manager suggested today that I call ******* about the part they need for my car. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I haven't had the car a month and its been in their service **** more than my garage. When did it become my responsibility to call ******* about a part. The entire service **** is so unprofessional at Warren Henry Auto. After two weeks they are still saying they don't know when the part will be in. And like it's my responsibility to call *******? So yesterday, I went into the dealership and met with the ** They said they were s sorry that everything had happened and they wanted to up-grade me to another ******* Cosair I picked out another SUV I was at the dealership 4 hours only to be told that the bank had not yet approved the sale. So today I get a call from the ** telling me that ******* needed another $6000 down for the **** Thanks for really taking care of me.
