    I signed a contract with ******** **** of BRB LLC on 12/7/2023 to build a 10' x 10' cinder block bathroom addition on to the back of our house. The contract is for $41,000.00 and expires from one year of signing - 12/7/2024 (three months from now) Up to this point - now 9 months after signing the contract - BRB LLC has completed the following:1. built the footer molds, had a plumber install the new sewage piping , and collapsed our old septic tank. When BRB did collapse the septic tank - they dug up part of my sprinkler system, and electric conduit - and I ended up having to fix it myself. That is all that has happened up to the point.2. BRB has not - completed getting a building permit with the city of ***************, they have not proceeded past the footer bracing. I basically have a hole in my backyard.Since May, I have not heard from BRB LLC through phone or email contact after repeatedly calling and emailing their main contact **** *****. I texted Mr. ***** on May 11th, May 21st, and August 18th without response, and called at least 3 times between June 19th and June 20th without response. I also wrote emails during this time without response.

    On September 15, 2023 my wife and I entered into a contract(#****) with BRB, LLC to construct a new lanai cage and screen. They required a 50% deposit in which we gave (ck#****). The check in the amount of $4400.00 was cashed on 9/18/2023 by *******************. Six months later we have been unsuccessful in getting BRB,LLC to start our job. For weeks they would not return a call or email. Only upon using a friend's phone (and calling from a new number) did we get them to answer. At first they told us that the materials were delivered to our house (they thought we were back in ****). That was a lie. We were then told that the materials would then be delivered on the next Friday. That did not transpire either. At that point, we went to the police for help. We were instructed to send everyone that we had dealt with a certified letter demanding a start and completion date or a refund date. We did that but we have not been contacted by anyone as of yet. We are hoping that the BBB can help ** get a resolution. Our **** address is *************************************** Thank you.

    contracted w/ ********************* ( BRB, LLC) of ***** *******, for repair of hurricane damage to *****************************, roof was repaired by **********, and *************** contracted w/ me for ceiling insulation, drywall ( replace batt insulation , install insulation at perimeters, hang, tape and finish dry wall, light orange peel texture at celinings drywall, paint walls and ceiling) for total 12,500$work commenced in April, after $$500 deposit sent, he sent us a letter and invoice stating ceiling insulation completed, ( it was not) however we did send additional $4000, we later found out the insulation had not been completed, and he then repeatedly stated it would be complete by july. we recieved pictures today ( attached) insulation is not in, and dry wall is in house but barely started. we have tried to reach him by phone and e-mail, he is in *******, we are in NY
