    I purchased some items attached below on the 30th March, 2025 from ***** to shipping company West tech Shipping.From all the attachments below you can see it was a constant back and forth of neither taking accountability for the items I purchased with ***** saying they delivered it and ********* stating they didnt recieve it .And both are refusing to give me my refund!!!Can you please assist with this matter?Please see all the attached proof below.

    I have requested a refund for two mistakes on the companies behalf. I have escalated this to a formal complaint. I was told I would be refunded into my account and now Im not receiving any replies via email and have had no refund. The company sent me the incorrect sea freight box size for the price I paid of $100. The box I received is a $65 box size. So they owe me the difference in box size which is $35. Then a package that was supposed to be sent in this box, was left behind in their warehouse and lost. I was told it was in the box. They later found the package in their warehouse and they were supposed to send this without the extra shipping cost as this was a mistake on their behalf. No note was left on my account and due to time constraints, I was left with no choice but to pay for the package and then request a refund instead, which is another $22 I have all email and WhatsApp message communication with the company if need be

    Item purchased Oct 31st Item cost ***** US/ ***** BB West Tech wouldve uploaded the invoice stating that they have the package. Upon arrival, payment and collection, I was under the impression that it was among my packages, came home unpacked everything, nothing, and its drawers so it would be hard to miss. I emailed ********* and I dont know if the person I spoke to was reading to respond and not understand but all I was trying to figure out is if they actually have my package maybe they uploaded the wrong invoice. And rather than do their jobs they keep sending me an automated response that makes no sense and tell me about calling in to speak with someone or to reach out to my vendor, it has been extremely frustrating, because its either you do or dont have my package, how can you upload an invoice for a package you do not have? How can I pay for something Ive never received and something about it feels kinda scammy (whether it be the company or the vendor) it genuinely feels like Ive been scammed out of my hard earned money and this needs to be disputed

    I send a package to WestTech shipping ***** ******* address to be sent to my sister in **********. I personally weighted the package as I do all packages that I personally shipped and purchased my shipping label online weigh in at 27lb. I took my to the post office which they also weigh to verify that I am shipping the correct. The label I purchased marked hazardous for a reason. West tech received the package and started it was 8lb. I sent an email explaining my aviation and postal experience and let them know that they sign for a package that stated 27LB from **** why did they accept the package and return it back to sender. WestTech have yet to respond with an explanation. They are taking advantage of people of the Island because they think they dont have the means to dispute them.

    Used this shipping service to ship a package for a friend and they have lost the even though it was signed for on August 16th 23. I just want my money back please. Thank you

    They offer a service shipping from *** to ************* Islands. They made a mistake sending my package via sea instead of air, therefore arriving after we had been and gone in ********. I tried to clear it up before the package left *** but they hung up on me. They have not responded until now, when it arrived in ********. They said my ************ are to forget about it and they will auction it off, or they I have to pay them to have it returned to *******. They have made a mistake and refuse to rectify this unless I pay them to return the item.
