    I am writing to express a serious concern regarding the parking enforcement practices at ********* at *******, located at ****************************************The current system in place, including the app provided for residents to update their vehicle and tag information, is deeply flawed. While it functioned briefly during the first week, it has since failed consistently. Attempts to contact the enforcement team by phone often go unanswered, and when someone does respond, residents are told their information will be manually updatedyet vehicles continue to be towed, suggesting these updates are never actually processed.Whats even more troubling is that vehicles belonging to minorities and Caucasian residents seem to be disproportionately targeted, raising concerns about potential bias or systemic issues within the enforcement process. The repeated towing of compliant residents' vehiclesdespite their efforts to follow the guidelinesis not only unprofessional but financially and emotionally burdensome.This system appears to be rigged and is unjustly penalizing hard-working individuals who are simply trying to live peacefully in their community. Immediate action and a thorough investigation are necessary to address these issues and restore fairness and trust.

    They towed my car from my building tht it was registered to and are charging $465 dollar for pick up when the towed my car because. Of a simple mistake as a O for a 0 every other info was correct I registered the car on September ******* and been parking in same place until when the towed on October 2 2024 I called them they still not working anything now I have to come up with all this money for a simple mistake and they charging a arm and a leg and second I drove to there address they said tht was there office and its a mail box no office in sight this is highway robbery and telling me they put a lean on my car after 24 hr of hold how does tht make any sence
