  This is a fake website. I just paid ***** for them to copy and paste my info to their form. If I know I would have gone straight to the ********** and have my passport done. I wanted a refund. Such a stupid mistake. They should stop this website or allow a full refunds.

  This website scammed $500 from us. My wife wanted to get a 90-day ************ for her study abroad coming up. She was supposed to leave on the morning of May 10, 2024. She already had a ***** but realized in mid April that the length of stay required a new ***** We looked up Passports and Visas on ******* and found a bunch of favorable reviews. They said they were detailed oriented. They said they got things done fast and on time. It was a lie to us.We overnighted the passport and documents to our case handler, "Meridyth G" on Wednesday, April 24th. They claimed they got it on Friday, April 26th. Then, radio silence. We asked for an update, but didn't get a response until the Friday May 3, 2024 when they submitted it. No idea why, but we trusted the advertising, we trusted them. Then, on Tuesday May 7, 2024, we get an automated email saying our application was rejected. It was apparently rejected because one of the pages missed my wife's last name, a technicality. We were also informed that the processing for our application began on Monday, not on the Friday they submitted it. In other words, even if the mistake wasn't made, the 5 business day processing wouldn't have finished until the day that my wife needed to leave with said passport to *****. We asked for a refund. After all, they claimed they did things fast, they claimed they had experience, but left us in the dark and did things down to the wire. We gave them $500 for a ***** they only gave us heartburn. When we asked for a refund, they had the audacity to turn around and blame my wife.The worst part is, we're glad to have made the mistake. They submitted her passport for 5 day business processing on Monday when they knew she was leaving Friday morning. If the embassy hadn't kicked it back on Tuesday and did the full 5-day processing, there was physically no way for them to get my wife her passport by 8 AM Friday morning. These scammers still refuse to return our money.

  I would give 0 stars if was an option. I placed an order on Nov 10, 2023 and realized after starting the process their website was misleading and I immediately called them to cancel the transaction and requested a refund, I was advised they have to let accounting **** know and expect refund within 7 to 10 business days, I awaited 10 days and called bk since no refund, they advised me it would be escalated to accounting, and allow 10 to 15 days fir refund, still nothing called again and emailed and was advised it was already escalated. But here it is 1 full month later and no refund of my $440, it's time for me to write a demand letter fir payment and if no reply I will be starting a lawsuit for this fraudulent company, they messing with the wrong person here

  On May 1, 2023, I wanted to expedite my passport and they claimed to be able to renew passports in 3 days. I paid a total of $774.95 which includes $699 renewal service fee + $7.95 digital photo service, + $29 inbound shipping and + $39 outbound shipping. We weren't assigned an account manager until the next day-- her name *****************************. She said outright that she would not be able to have the renewed passport on time for our desired date (May 5, 2023) and said she'd close the account. I agreed. So far so good.However, as of today (August 3) I never received my refund. I tried numerous times to follow-up but she does not respond to my emails and phone messages. Every time I called the general number-- ridiculous long wait-- my calls get dropped or the receptionist would connect me to a voicemail of another account manager in which no one returns my phone calls. I even sent a message to the managing director *********************** and he never responded. It's impossible to speak to anyone. They clearly don't care to address issues and prefer to hide behind emails and phone messages-- horrible way to run a business. I hope no one else has to deal with this outright scam. Avoid at all costs!

  Horrible Experience. No response to multiple emails and phone calls to PassportsandVisas.com. They missed the committed time frame for my passport renewal. No information provided. A scam. I was not able to go on my prearranged travel plans.

  This place is ending up being a nightmare and what I now believe is a scam.We went through this company for our expedited passports and cards. It was ***************. My brother received his passport and card, I only received my passport.Since then, I have yet to receive my passport card. I have emailed on a weekly basis asking for my card and most recently asking for a refund. I keep getting an email to the effect of "we are looking into it and will have someone contact you". My trip ended back in May. I cannot get hold of anyone. I know it is a small amount of money, but it was paid for a service none the less and I have yet to receive my passport card.Steer clear of this company. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

  WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! This is a scam! The company mishandled my documents and admitted error and said they would refund my money and they did not. I emailed the owner twice and never heard back. Even reached out to him via linkedin. No one even answers the ************************************************************** ******* and it was no longer there! My trip was almost a no show because of this business. Worst customer service ever in my whole life. I don't know who they get 5 star reviews it was nothing but a nightmare. I wish this business would be shut down. Absolutely the most stressful experience of a service with 5 star reviews but I did not check out BBB reviews. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

  This company promised my Passport in 9 business days. I paid $350.00. She said she submitted my documents to "Travel.State.gov." April 24th. My son died last year, my other son is schizophrenic and my daughter has cancer in remission. My granddaughters were also coming with us. This lady stopped answering my emails. I the Started calling the Gov. phone. I was desperate and on May 31 (my trip is June 10th) a God's sent representative finally listened to my after numerous 2 hour wait calls. I begged him and told him my situation. My Passport arrived June 3rd. Passportnadvisas.com, makes false promises and should go out of business. I also think I should get my $350.00 back since they "did not acomplished with their promises." Thank you and I hope action is taken so other people don't go through what I did. **** *.
