    Visited 9/22/23. After ordering and paying told to pull beside 4 other vehicles that were waiting for their order to be cooked. I asked for my money back. The new manager, spanish descent, said my order was ready. I looked inside before I drove away to make sure I had a leg and thigh. The thigh was huge 3 times the normal size. After I got home I opened the box and broke the thigh in half. It was not cooked and blood was running out. I thought to myself how does popeyes cook to order and have the timer on the deep fryer set to notify them when the items are cooked. How can they take vehicle 1 order if there are different orders and cook them all together for the appropriate time, i.e. 2 piece white meat, 2 piece dark meat, etc. Not possible. The manager should be fired without a doubt. The franchise owners need to take responsibility for their business by hiring competent individuals. There is a massive turn over of employees working at this popeyes. Eventually someone will die from eating raw meat from this place. Had I fed this to my elderly mentally challenged brother who doesn't know what is cooked or not he would be dead today. Had I fed this to my grandchild age 3 or 4 he or she would be dead. I am a long time resident of ******** this business is a disgrace to the community and should be boycotted. It is a danger to all our citizens if it remains as it is with incompetent management. In addition, the patrons to a dollar store in Jax were shot in their cars and inside the store for no apparent reason. In this day and time it is far to dangerous to patronize a facility like this because one of these days someone may die or suffer irreparable damage from eating raw chicken and someone may do what just happened at that dollar store and innocent people maybe inside, outside waiting for their chicken to cook or merely in line ordering their food. No amount of refund can make up for the disrespect and certainly would not have gone back to get more chicken.

    5-9-2023 I was offered a postion here at the forsyth county store by a District Manager by the name of ***************************** from **************. I did my background check it cleared, I did my application, did my onboarding, as well as got my schedule. In which I was to start tomorrow at 9am until 7pm. This processed took about 2 to 3 weeks to get everything done. I ha e bewn making sure everything is in place before leaving my destination to come there. Now this is ***************************** lime 6 to 8th time making false job promises. Having me go through a while3 hiring process. To not follow through with actually getting me to work. He would say everything is great but then the day before I'm schedule to leave to come. He ghostes me and other people as well. He has a really bad habit at this it has became a game or some type of pattern for him. Runs a person down to come work for him but then starts with lying about the pay. Saying you would make a certain amount and be in a certain position. That my room will be tooken care of by him. Gives a full schedule and all. Just to not answer his phone, email, or texts. He makes excuses up on why he's not calling or answering. Hours go by and atill nothing. I ha e filled out tax forms and all. To do what claim me as a worker but never worked for them a day in my life. Is this what we doing now having people fill put tax forms to claim as employees only to never get them to work. That's falsly3 misguiding a person. I passed up positions and places. Thinking in already locked in for a position. Only to get ready to leave to come and get no answers or calls back. I was forwarded and possibly blocked because I'm going straight to Voice mail. This can't be right or legal this man does this every he switches too. Now it would just be this company he now is doing the same thing with. He has to be stopped this not a game and people have bills to pay. I sat around waiting on him and false promises or lies. Why lie? Why offer postions?

    I am so sorry to send a message this way. But *** tried to reach out to ***************** with no response. It has come to my attention that you are the franchise owner of all the Popeyes fried chicken locations in *********************. Specifically, the ones located on **********************, *********** and *****************. these locations a grossly mismanaged. All of them have been closed on the inside for weeks to where you can only go to the drive-in then sometimes when you go to the drive-in and they pretend theyre not there and that the restaurant is closed if they dont want to do any work its across the board in this area every location. I went To the ******* location today to eat and store was locked up at 11:00 am with 2 employees on a smoke break in the drive thru when I pulled on the door, I was told on break we are closed. I understand staffing shortages, but honestly, but if pay needs to go up for employees, or the reason the employees are not staying because of bad management it needs to be dealt with. There is a viral ******** post of a man in town going to the location on ************* with the manager crying in the parking lot because her entire staff did not show up to work. This woman is in her 60s we could tell she was under stress I know this woman, please whatever is going on with the Popeyes in this area fix it you have a good product its good food if you got an increase prices increase prices. I will pay for better chicken. what we want is better Popeyes chicken not cheap Popeyes chicken God bless pray you guys do well. Love that chicken from Popeyes
