      AN ***** WAS PLACED FOR AN EPSON PRINTER AND INKS FROM THIS COMPANY. THE MONEY WAS PAID IN FULL ALONG WITH TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR THE TECHNICIAN . THE ***** WAS PLACED IN MAY 2023 AND $33,292.00 (paid on May 9, 2023) for goods and $2300 (paid on July 20, 2023) for travel of the techician . we were promised the shipment several times and kept being told it was delayed . We then got an email stating - We promised shipment for Sept 18th 2023, We tried to fulfil your request but We cannot get a letter of guarantee from Epson, that is not something they do. I have elevated this to Our source and We will have to wait until Sept 18th. This is the only option we have as of now. Regarding the sales agreement all terms were stated in the invoice we sent, We will review it and get back to you. We then determined after 4 months of not getting this machine and ink we would demand a refund. On September 20, 2023 we were told the refund would take will take approximately ***** days to be issued ( and that was working days. Its now November 20, 2023 and we have not gotten our money as promised. We keep getting told it will come and it has not to date . We will also be filing a report with the US Embassy here in Jamaica.
