      On March 20,a company called GP Services(Global Processing Solutions) called and stated that they were contacting me because I did a cash advance loan in 2018 with a bank. The first representative stated that I took the loan out with a company name Americas in ******, ****, The second representative that I spoke with stated that I took out a cash advance with a bank and that I owe the bank $1286.19 and that I could pay them $286.19 at a 35% discount, This representative new my last 4 digits of my SSN, my phone number and my home address, in which the first representative stated that I lived in ****, I live no where close to **** and have never been to ****. The 2nd representative inform me that he would reached out to the company to inform them that I am claiming that I did not do the cash advance and that they were going to take to me to court. The 3rd representative that called stated that she was with ************ and that she was calling because they are trying to collect a debt that I did a cash advance with a bank for $500 and that she was calling to collect payment. When I asked her what was the name of the company, she could not tell me the name of the company. I explained to her that banks do not do cash advance and that she was the 3rd ****** to call, she stated that no one had called me and that she was the first ****** to reach out. I told her that she and all the other representatives are doing nothing but trying to scam people and that they should be a shame of their selves for doing what they are doing and that I would be contacting the BBB on the company. She pursues to tell me to do what I needed to do and that they will be sending me court papers. This company has been calling my phone so much that I was inform to block them and they still manage to call from a different number by SPAM calling back to back. I am just making everyone aware that this is a SCAM and that they call from a lot of different numbers.
