    One Serve Legal, LLC claims they physically served me court documents on January 21, 2023, at 2:16 PM, by ***************************. However, I have no recollection that said documents were served.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/10/2023

    On behalf of the ******* ********** of ******* Child Support Program, our company served child support papers on YUNIOR ***********************, the complaining consumer. ****** *********************** is not our client but rather the defendant who received the child support documents at the request for the ****************. The service was performed by ***************************. At the time of service, the process server took a picture of the residence where service was perfected (attached here). The process server also states in his return of service the physical description of YUNIOR ***********************.... (see return of service which was filed with the Courts)

    1) Successful Attempt: January 21, 2023, 2:16 pm EST at Home: **************************************************************** received by YUNIOR ***********************. Age: 43; Ethnicity: Hispanic; Gender: Male; Height: 5'7"; Hair: Bald; Eyes: Brown; ****** Successful ;
    Successful.

    Simply put, YUNIOR *********************** is trying to avoid paying child support in accordance with a legal action brought by the ****************, Child support program. His strategy to avoid his financial responsibility to his child(ten) is by submitting a false BBB complaint. In his complaint he states he has no recollection which is very different than saying he was NOT served. The photo taken at the time of service and the server's description of ************************************;(in accordance with ******* Law) is proof that service was perfected. Our Company is an uninterested party and is paid by the **************** regardless whether service is perfected or not. If service would have been unsuccessful, we would have filed a return of non-service. However, since YUNIOR *********************** personally accepted the documents, a return of service was FILED with the Courts and a photo was captured and his physical description was notated on the return of service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    One Serve Legal, LLC, got paid by the State for documents they never served. You have provided a picture of the front door to my house, but anyone can snap a photo simply using ****** Street View. Where is the Proof that you Hand Delivered those documents to me, the person?

    To the BBB, please work with law enforcement to investigate this company. These documents are supposed to be hand-delivered to the "physical person, to the physical body. Additionally, they are supposed to inform the physical person, the physical body, of the contents of those documents.

    For the record, One Serve Legal, LLC is making false claims/accusations about me avoiding child support. My child support has never been late, and all payments are current and easily verifiable with the **************** ********** of **************************************************************************

    The mere fact that Mr. ***** has our company contact information is PROOF that he was served with the documents because our company information is listed on the request for service form which is the 1st page of the documents. The fact that Mr. ***** has knowledge of his case and his case number is PROOF that he was served with the documents. Our company is NOT a party of record to his legal case. Our company is a disinterested party pursuant to ******* law. Meaning we do not have an interest in his case. The documents were delivered over 8 months ago. Mr. ***** initially complained he had no recollection to now stating he was not served - - his complaint is inconsistent and simply not true. Mr. ***** is not our client. He is the recipient of a lawsuit involving his obligation to pay child support.

    To address Mr. ***** claim that the photo attached is a ****** photo ive attached a screen shoot of the ****** street view as you can see it is different from the photo taken by the process server.
