    The software is very easy to use. We use it for University student housing in conjunction with QuickBooks. Doorloop takes care of the lease execution, invoicing and payment collection, and deposits to our bank account that uploads into Quickbooks. It can also handle maintenance requests which is fantastic for tracking purposes.Overall an OUTSTANDING product.

    Very high accolades for DoorLoop. The switch was easy. There were ample onboarding sessions with a knowledgeable and patient *** to learn the new system. I saw negative reviews about no support or customer service, and I highly disagree. Whenever I've had a question, it has been addressed quickly, and my issue has been solved. I have no complaints, which is a rare occurrence. Transitioning to DoorLoop has been a very efficient solution to our rental management needs.

    Excellent customer service. Always professional and dedicated to the customer. I have always been treated with dignity and patience, the DoorLoop team is dedicated to making sure all things run smoothly and are extremely quick in response time when assistance is needed.

    DoorLoop is an exceptional platform for property management companies to maintain and manage tenants properties and vendors. I am very pleased with contracting with DoorLoop. They are innovative, professional and ahead of the management arena. Since obtaining this platform i have been able to simplify my management role and focus on other parts of my work. They are a top notch company.

    I was trying to verify my bank account and was having some difficulty figuring it out. Morimare helped and told me where to go to have my bank account verified. I had to get anhold of my bank to find it, and eventually did. So I'm very thankful for his help.

    I mistakenly forgot to stop auto-payment when my lease term was up; had assumed lessor was responsible to terminate me from DoorLoop. I now understand this was for me to do. Unfortunately, DoorLoop withdrew my May lease payment. I submitted a request four days ago to have them return; no response to date. I tried to call their customer support number; they provide no direct customer support help to tenants; and their online Help keeps saying they cannot return payments that I have to work it out with my Bank. I have now logged an official dispute with my bank; and if DoorLoop does not step up return my money by end of this week, will be logging official dispute through BBB. Stay away from this company; Be very very careful in using this company.

    Hi ****, we are incredibly sorry for what you're having to go through now with your property manager. For security reasons, we don't have any access to your account or your property managers account and are unable to stop any automated lease payments. You took the perfect action by disputing it with your bank and working directly with your property manager to get them to reverse the charge. If there's anything at all we can do to help, please let us know. We are trying to contact your property manager as well. Looking forward to hearing from you on a resolution soon.
