I bought a Nokia phone from mint mobile roughly 2.5 months ago. After owning Nokia phone for 3 weeks phone became completely unresponsive. **** said contact Nokia for warranty purposes. Contacted Nokia and they had me send my phone in. 2 weeks later received phone and phone was still not working as screen would not turn on. For last 4 weeks I have been passed to another person or told that I will be contacted shortly but not contacted. I have an email chain 16 emails long where they play games, ask for information they have (like IMEI number or my name, address) or say I will be contacted. I have filled out the same form twice, but they ignore my form. I just want to exchange my phone at this point. I have sent them videos showing phone is still unresponsive and they ignore. What else can I do.

Here is a copy of just one of my email threads with Nokia over the last few weeks.  As you can see, they ignore my questions, just keep asking for the **** number and keep on passing me along to another person who asks for m **** again.  It's absurd.  Also I sent them a video of the phone not working after try sent it back to me.  No response or acknowledgement of the problem.  They don't want to fix my phone.  They just want to ignore and hope I stop contacting them.

I spent about 80$ I have the exact price in my bank records. The phone has been freezing up since day one. Often I have to wait several minutes to be able to continue, not even always though. Sometimes I have to shut down and restart the phone. It's the worse phone I ever had. I don't feel companies should be able to sell anything like this in this day and age. The unbranded phone I bought previously was twenty dollars and much better than this one. It would have possibly been ok to sell it if it was **** but it is not, and this amount of money is terrible. I purchased it from ******** I'm not completely sure which company is responsible I would think the manufacturer though
