These guys will tell you whatever you want to hear to take your money. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. The markets they put you in are heavily saturated and their software is not good and their estimates are never close.

5 starsIt’s always scary when you’re trying to figure out which avenue to invest in. After doing a lot of research we liked flip systems whole package. We signed up in late July of 2023 and could not be happier with our investment. They are the real deal and deliver what they promise. We started with ZERO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. What is great is they are a complete team that is by your side wanting and helping you succeed. From Antoine,Eric Sean and everyone else on the team they are with you through the process and continue to be there when you have questions.
We set up our LLC and since starting in late July early August we got on a zoom with Sean and figured out our best option to start our journey. We got our state, set us up with the team which included our real estate team that had everything to get started. Great agent who immediately made us feel like he was in our corner and ready to help us with any and everything we need. They have a property management and most important a construction team that can do the rehab.
After the introduction with the team, we started evaluating the properties that flip system sends you. Not every house is worth pursuing and it took us about 3 to 4 weeks to get a deal that worked. We got our 1st one locked up and started the rehab process. 2 weeks later landed another. 3 weeks after that locked up our 3rd. So we went from NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE to having 3 flips under our belt in a matter of 2 to 3 months.
We can’t be happier with our investment in FLIP SYSTEMS and if your looking to start a business and investment then i would highly recommend their system.

5 starsI've been an investor for a while and I know how difficult
it is to build the right teams and find the right deals. FlipSystem has
everything set up and ready to go, including coaching, training, and
anything else you'd need to have success either flipping houses or
identifying value add rental properties.
They helped me identify the best market based on my goals, resources,
and strategies. They paired me up with an amazing team in the Detroit
market and I was under contract on my first flip within two weeks. I

5 starsFS has provided a ton of value for me on my real estate
investing journey. With their guidance, I've become educated and most
importantly, comfortable to invest in remote markets. This provides me
an opportunity to get more bang for my buck with my resources, as I live
in the Northeast US where prices are premium. They've connected me with
investor-friendly realtors, experienced property management companies,
contractors who they trust and lenders willing to work with newer
investors with reasonable terms. Working with them has been a great
decision for me and I look forward to our continued collaboration into
