I am sorry...  *************************** was scammed by an Imposter pretending to be Buds Auto Parts in Miami.  We have a large list of other people in other States that have also been scammed.  We are also a victim of the fraud.  This has been affecting our business now for over a year!

We do not sell parts online, nor on ******** Marketplace.  This imposter pretends to be ******, one of our managers and uses the telephone numbers *****************-348-5784 and email ************************************* to request payment on parts from his victims. I have already reported this to ******** as fraud, and they have done nothing to stop it. I have also reported it to the local Miami Police and to the FBI.

I suggest that ******************** report this fraud to ********, her local police and the FBI.  This is a consequence of all the illegal people coming into our Country, not only stealing our tax dollars, but they are also committing theft crimes hurting our citizens and businesses.

    Sincerely,

    *******************

On December 22 I paid this company $445 for a Dodge transmission. I clarified with them that this included shipping and everything, they said yes it did. The next day we received a email saying we had to pay $375 for insurance or the transmission couldn't be delivered. The shipper said they made a mistake when they shipped the transmission but, they didn't have enough to pay the insurance when they shipped it. They expected us to **********. We are unable and unwilling to do this. At this time we are even in doubt that this is the correct transmission. We have been going back and forth with this company for the last few days and they are not willing to refund our money
