After filing my complaint, the owner of Dynamic Auto Movers (the Broker) called me to apologize for the difficulty I had with shipment of my car, and we agreed that my situation was a case of bad luck beyond either of our control.  I acknowledged that the real problem was with ***** *********************** the shipping contractor hired by Dynamic Auto Movers to actually handle the move of the car.  The car was damaged while in the care of ***** Xpress, who lied about the condition of the car upon delivery and were unwilling to assume any responsibility for the damage.

By contrast, Dynamic Auto Movers chose to work with me to reach a settlement for the damage; a settlement far in excess of Dynamic Auto Mover's legal obligation.  Clearly Dynamic Auto Movers values their good name, and I can now wholeheartedly attest to the high moral character of their firm.  I would have no reservation to use their services again, and do highly recommend them to anyone needing to move a vehicle in the future.

y photographs showing no damage, and I disputed their claim of photos.I received the car in the pre-**** (dark) hour of 7:00am Wed 11/1/23 and the delivery driver was rather hurried and not professional, but cursory examination indicated the dirty car seemed OK. The driver didnt speak English, and didnt seem familiar with operating the trailer for the unload. I had to stop him to remind him the vehicle tie downs were still in place, and stop him again as he tried to back the car off the lower trailer level without adequate clearance to the upper level; he had forgotten to raise the upper level deck for clearance. After the car was unloaded, the driver tried to hurriedly leave without my final payment. In the dark, there was final inspection or photographs, and road grime on the car would have masked the broken windshield.I filed an insurance claim as advised by Dynamic Auto Movers, but the shipper denied all responsibility.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to bring this to my attention. My name is *************************** and I am the owner of Dynamic Auto Movers. I understand your concern. I reached out to the insurance and they state they have a bill of lading signed on delivery that the vehicle was delivered in the same condition as pickup. Once you the customer signs this paperwork it becomes virtually impossible for a claim to go through. This is all stated in the contract attached. We as the broker cannot control if the insurance rejects your claim. Please look at term 14 and 15 in the signed agreement.

That being said, I understand your situation and do want to assist. I will be calling you personally to see if we can resolve this and help further. Thank you!

I hired Dynamic Solutions to tow my truck from ************ to ************** on 9/30/22. Inside my truck was some personal items such as a $130.00 Carhartt jacket. When I received my truck the jacket was gone. I contacted the company and filed a complaint about my missing jacket to which I was told I couldn't prove it was inside my truck. I've asked for my coat to returned or pay me the price of the coat. I have not heard from them since. Please help me if you can with this matter. When you hire someone to do a job you don't expect them to steal from you. Thanks

    Hello,

Please note this customer fraudulently disputed a charge when in fact we have a bill of lading of her receiving the vehicle, and signing that everything was fine. We won this dispute. We proved to the bank that the customer signed the bill of lading which states everything is in good condition. Also please note she disputed this charge  two months later after receiving the vehicle and accepting the vehicle from the driver. Please note all of our terms shown and attached in the contract that she signed , shows that the customer is not encouraged to put personal belongings in the vehicle. If they do it is as their risk since we are a third party company. The carrier has no interest in stealing a coat either however regardless as the broker we are not liable. We do not physically drive these trucks. We are not present at all as we are located in an office in *****. I encourage the customer to contact the carrier who actually picked up and delivered the vehicle. She simply is coming after us since she wants the deposit back, it isnt right since we did our job and have nothing to do with the coat.
