    Worst window company to ever deal with.They outsource all their work They don't supervise or check the work until after I dealt with *****, who showed up 3 times throughout the entire process. I had to beg him to come see what horrible work his installers were doing.They mismeasured and put 3 out of 4 doors in with leaving a 2 1/2 inch bump you trip on.***** promised child proof locks on siding doors never happened.Out of all the mistakes and the way I was treated I don't want them to even come back except for the front door.I have been requesting them to fix the front door at least, and they will not fix it. Only offered to put a PC of metal down and advised me to put a thick 2 inch rug. Biggest jokers ever starting with ***********The owner ********************* came out himself to see the mistake ***** made as well and said he is not reordering the doors they made a mistake on, and I have to deal with it by putting a threshold and a 2-inch thick mat in front of my door. Out of nearly 50k jobs, I nearly paid in full. i owe a balance of $2250, which I advised I will gladly pay when the job is finished, which has not been.On top of it they broke my wood floors, left me with unfinished doors, as you see in one pic the siding is not correct on the back door and sticking out, sealant and finishing paint everywhere including my couch/the thresholds/all over the siding and windows. And they were ok with leaving it like this. Just left me with a horrible job all around, and there no care to fix it.

    We take this opportunity to explain this incorrect and complete false comment that this client is writing. Reylos Glass is a company of extreme  quality and responsibility. Everything raised by this client is totally incorrect. His work was  supervised more than 3 times as he mentioned before,  we recommended to him installation techniques which he didnt accepted. In addition to all of this we address all of his concerns and even to help him we wait for him to start his work because is personal issues that he needed to resolve before we start  our job. Thank you
