    I purchased a new HVAC Heating and Cooling System on 10/2/2023 from Marm Energy LLC, representative ***** ********* *****. On 6/20/24 I contacted the representatives dut to the Air Conditioner blowing out hot air and was told to contact a tech also named *****. The tech responded on 7/16/24, came out to fix the unit and said that he would return when a part that he ordered arrived. On 7/29/24 I contacted the tech again for the same problem. The tech sent a message telling me that he ordered the wrong part and needed a different part, along with the price. On 7/30/24, I contacted the tech in regards to him sending information about the part and price of a system that isn't properly working and under warranty. I have contacted the representative, tech, company and finance company every day since then with no results. The finance company, Foundation Finance *************************************** attempted to assist by contacting the company, Marm Energy with no luck. None of the involved parties are answering my phone calls. The technician that installed the Systems disconnected the heat when he returned on 7/29/24 and I am now without benefits of the warrantied systems that I am financing. I am a senior citizen and feel as though I've been taken advantage of. Also the representative falsified my monthly income in which I make less than half of the submiited amount. He emailed the changed contract after completion of the installation. It is my belief that the company is dragging their feet until the warranty expires. Please assist in making sure that I have heat and air conditioning. I already went without air conditioning during the hottest days of summer.
