    Since July 1, 2022, we have been calling for several weeks about our wedding credit owed to us, to no avail. We still had a credit of $352.00 on our wedding booking. We have not received it on our credit card yet. It's been more *********************************************************************************************************************** a LEADERSHIP position in this ********************** We have called almost every day for a month and have only been told "someone will call you back". At this point, the situation is going to be escalated and filed, as this is extremely unacceptable that no one within this billion dollar company can assist and resolve this matter. Now that our $119,000 Sandals wedding is over, its as if Sandals no longer cares and is that truly the reputation you want socially networked?     We were at Sandals Grand Antigua January 2022 for our honeymoon, and have been trying to get our issue straightened out since then. We did a photo shoot while we were there, and were told by multiple employees including both photographers and people at the shop that the pack we selected included:5 printed photos at the resort 1 frame And the rest of our digital prints on a link When we boarded the plane and went to access our photos, there were only 11 photos on the link. I immediately panicked because we were told there were going to be over 200 pictures on the link. I contacted them immediately via email, and spoke with ******************************* at Snapshots. She told me to provide her with my info so she can do some searching. She thanked me for sharing the info and said that she sent my request to the photoshop at the resort. She replied the next day saying that the resort said we only had 11 images on the link included in our package and not all the photos that we were promised numerous times by everyone who worked for the shop. This made me furious because now they were changing their story. I even checked in with another couple we met at the resort who accompanied us the morning we checked out, and they said thats not what they heard either and that what we are stating is what they heard. She then said she had to forward me to upper management, but could not include me on the emails. I never heard back from her. I received one call from the resort manager and he told me he would investigate and I never heard from him either. I have been reaching out numerous times by phone since then, and nothing. No one has the courtesy to reach back out to me to make this right. We paid for what we were told and now they are changing their story. Im so disgusted with them, and upset that they are not trying to own up to their mistakes and give us all of our pictures as promised. They are our photos, and they belong to us. We paid for them. I am so upset with sandals.
